Dealer trade in offers were around $16,000 up to $17,000. Blue Book trade in value was around $16,500 to $18,000. Blue Book Private Party price is around $19,000 - $20,000. We provided our own car loan company that was indepandant from the car dealer and the agent suggested trying givemethevin.com I wasn't too excited about the hastle of selling the car private party. So I called givemethevin.com on Monday 3/9/26 and had a nice conversation with Jennifer. She asked for information about the car and some photos of my car. After hanging up I was able to send her the information and within an hour of our first conversation she called me right back with an excellent offer and asked if I was interested. I was very happy and excited about the offer. Then she asked for some other sepcific pictures of the car and documents. Jennifer and I talked again on 3/10/26 she made an offer of $19,750, oh yeah! Selling it private party I was going to ask $20,000 and if it got desperate I would have gone down to $18,000. So $19,750 was way above my expectations. Finalizing the documentating was completed the same day with a plesant lady named Monica. I was given instructions on completing the documentation and on where to deliver the car (40 miles away) and made an appointment for delivery on 3/11/26. When I arrived there the man who did the intake inspection was nice to work with and he already had the $19,750 check in hand. That took around 20 minutes then they paid for an Uber Chevy Suburban to drive me home. Three pain free days and $19,750 from start to finish was an outstanding experiance and givemethevin.com is a very honest and classy operation. I recommend them to anyone. I wish that I had more cars to sell.

Highway robbery with classic bait and switch, and then non-stop harassment!…read more Felicia quoted me $1075 for my shipment, as seen below. So, I agreed to the price and signed the contract, at which point she now had me held for ransom for seven days. She came back and told me the cost would be $2100, which I said was unacceptable based on her quote. So she then went back to the same driver and reissued a new quote for $1850. Hmmm...same driver. I told her it was unacceptable, and that she needed to keep searching for a driver closer to my budget. She then said there are none, and if I don't accept her outrageous quote I am in breach of contract and she will charge me $200. She said the going rate is $1 per mile, or in this case: $2348, and no driver will get close to $1075. So I asked why in the world she would quote $1075. Her harassment and threats became more intense with an endless barrage of texts and phone calls, to the point I finally had to block her. These scammers think they can quote anything and lock you up with a lowball, then have carte blanc to charge you whatever they want and force you to pay it. The harassing emails continue! This company is not accredited with the BBB for a reason! You can read her original quote below: Hello, the estimated quote for the shipment is $1075.00 (all inclusive). They make quotes, find random drivers around the US and get you locked into a contract. Our pickup was scheduled for Wednesday and we didn't hear anything from the driver that day. After numerous calls and emails, they claimed the driver wasn't responding to their messages. It took 4 more days to find a new driver. Once the new driver was locked in, the price went up $200. The actual shipping process with the driver was good, and the car showed up in good condition. Overall I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Just to go uship instead and work directly with a driver with good reputation.

I had valid proof of ownership and my ID was locked inside the car, which is allowed under Texas law as long as you can reasonably prove identity. She ignored me completely, walked away every time we asked for help, and refused to open the door after I told her I was filing a TDLR complaint. That shows she was retaliating and refusing service on purpose. Multiple people tried to help me, including my partner, and she still refused and lied to the police saying people refused to show ID. That was completely false. I had my insurance, photos of my ID, and every required document. She still refused to release my vehicle. The moment my grandfather arrived she suddenly decided to help, proving she could have handled it the entire time but chose to drag it out and be petty. Texas Occupations Code 2303 requires them to release a vehicle when ownership is reasonably verified. They cannot refuse service for personal reasons or retaliation. She violated these laws repeatedly. She also refused to identify herself, refused to provide her license information, and gave inconsistent statements to the police. I am filing complaints with TDLR, the Texas Attorney General, the BBB, the FTC, HUD, the EEOC, and local law enforcement for retaliation, false statements, and endangering a child. My one year old could have had a heat related medical emergency because of her behavior. No business should be allowed to treat people like this. Avoid this place. They lie, retaliate, and abuse their authority. I am following through on every single complaint.

But what followed at this facility was one of the most disorganized and questionable experiences I've seen. We called the number provided by my apartment and got nothing but an automated system with 0 help. We then drove to the lot within 10-15 minutes, where the front desk told us the car "wasn't there". It was -- we found it ourselves in the back lot with the alarm going off. From there, the process only got worse. Staff took another 10-15 minutes trying to figure out what to do, then told us to text the VIN to a random phone number to begin the release process. The biggest issue: payment. We were told the fee was $321 and that they accept cash only. Texas regulations state that vehicle storage facilities are required to accept credit cards. When we handed over $400 cash, the attendant openly laughed in our faces and said they don't give change, even though they were the ones demanding cash. We were then forced to pay an ATM fee on-site just to get closer to the exact amount. At best, this operation is poorly run. At worst, it feels intentionally set up to take advantage of people in a stressful situation. Document everything if you end up here. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation.

They go above and beyond. Long story short, someone hit my Ram in June. We had to go through a preferred collision place instead of Autonation like usual. They did a horrible job and used aftermarket bumper parts. It was crooked. We fought it and took it back and was told that the ram Parts would solve the problem. I picked it up and still crooked. I stopped at Autonation on my way home and saw Randy who has helped me before. I just wanted to see if he knew if it was a ram bumper like they claimed or if it was still after market. I explained the situation. He literally crawled under my truck in 100+ degrees to look at the part stickers. He took pictures and looked up the part numbers for me. He drove it in to his shop and had his guys look at it. Bottom line the other place put it on wrong. I will never go anywhere else again!! Randy and his department are hands down the best! Thank you Randy for being amazing!!!
