She is super accommodating and I think because of it, can sometimes run a bit behind so just an FYI when booking your appointment, let the staff know if you have a time crunch. She has a way of making each client feel super special, and doesn't do just what she thinks will look best, but listens to what you're asking for and makes honest recommendations. I'm not sure where those bad reviews came from years back, but my guess might be an old employee when she was growing and possibly understaffed? Not sure since I've gotten all of the things done there and have never left unhappy. She has opened another location in Easton too.
