They outsource their receptionists, so the person booking your appointment over the phone has no idea what they're talking about. When you finally speak to someone who actually works for PM Aesthetics, there's always a crying child in the background. They go to great lengths to avoid accountability. When I asked an injector from a different practice about my filler, she observed that my lips were filled improperly, leading to migration and hard bumps. Despite bringing up my concerns during two follow-up appointments, I was dismissed and told the issues were normal and would resolve over time. However, it had already been over a month with no improvement. Anna claimed the lines above my lips, which formed just days after the filler, were due to swelling and wouldn't be noticeable--but I notice them, and I paid for the service. These creases are the result of poor placement, which caused migration, and they tried to gaslight me into believing otherwise.The entire business feels sketchy. They even lied about the injector I went to for a second opinion, claiming I made her uncomfortable when I asked her to confirm what she saw with my lips to them. When I called her directly, she said she never said that and that they were twisting her words. The manager, Andrew, is extremely insincere and unhelpful. He plays a "he said, she said" game instead of resolving issues. Even after the other professional called them on my behalf to recommend dissolving some of the filler, he denied her statement and coldly insisted it was my choice and that dissolving was not a medical necessity. They also wanted to charge me $400 to dissolve the filler when other injectors only charge $200. PM Aesthetics clearly doesn't care about their patients or their outcomes--they only care about taking your money and silencing complaints. I will be reporting them in every way I can until they inevitably crumble. Thank you PM for wasting my money, time, and lying to me repeatedly!
