However afterwards, I noticed some dark marks across my nose and I contacted Arianna, she said to wait 2 weeks and they should go away. After 2 weeks, the marks did not go away I called the Natick tightspa location and wanted to speak with Ariana to get more information about it. I spoke with Tiffany, the director who answered the phone. She said I had to send a picture first, when she received the picture, she stated it is very difficult to say when and how the marks occurred and it did not come from the spa. I then sent a picture prior to the facial which does not show the dark scars across my nose. I am very disappointed with Tiffany's response. I expected better customer service and response especially from a director but instead she basically disclaimed any responsibility or assistance. My prior photos before the medical facial did not show the dark scars across my nose. After I sent this photo I did not even receive a response. An explanation or possible solution on how the marks could be improved would've been a better response to a customer than the defensive posture of non-responsibility which shows unprofessionalism, defensiveness, poor customer service and indifference towards the customer. Nor did Tiffany offer to have Ariana speak with me to assist. I would not recommend going to this location because if this is an example of how they handle issues when they arise. I do not expect Tiffany the director to do anything to improve or assist with the situation except to disclaim responsibility and to ignore the situation.

Only after paying was I told they would inject half a syringe into my smile lines and discard the rest, even though I paid a significant amount for it. This felt wasteful, unclear, and not client-focused. I also learned that they don't inject in several facial areas I had originally asked about, which was never mentioned up front. Overall, the experience felt rushed, sales-driven, and not transparent. I ended up walking out without getting the treatment at all.
