Well I went back and forth with the owner on how to use the basics on this system because his installers didn't help me figure out how to use it. So I moved on and by playing with the system I kinda figured out on how use the basics. Then about a year later I get a bill for 100 bucks a month from them. So I emailed the owner again asking to explain the invoice. He told me that that invoice was a mistake and it's 100 dollars a year if I wanted to continue using my online service even though I paid for the cameras and I own them, but when I called corporate and complained they told me they weren't able to do much even though they gave me access for another year but they said that he actually owns those cameras. So I went back to my quote and it said nothing about an annual fee, so I questioned the charge and informed the owner that he never told me anything about an annual fee, and why did you wait a whole year to tell me about your extortion fee. And now 4 years later there cameras don't work any more after my 3 year warranty finished there cheap China made equipment don't work. So I guess now I have to go out and look for an honest camera installer and find some cameras that don't have an extortion fee attached to them. If you decide to use these thieves make sure you know what your getting and its all on paper, because they don't tell you some important things till a year later.

Armando scheduled us for an on-site inspection. Armando came up with a plan that was tailored to our personal situation. His recommendations were based on some medical issues that my wife and I encounter frequently, mainly allergies and sinus infections. Armando was very professional and very open to answering my questions. He even made some minor adjustments and suggestions prior to any actual jobs that he recommended. Second, their customer service is incredibly slow; it took three calls just to get a quote to add new devices, and they still haven't helped us transfer our video surveillance. Finally, when we requested our contract, it was sent from the owner's personal Gmail account rather than a secure company email. When I called the owner, Sheila Haddad, to discuss these issues, she dismissed my concerns by boasting about having 20,000 customers and then hung up on me. I called again when cooling season started because my AC wouldn't start up. It was 10:25pm on a Sunday night. To my absolute delight, my call was answered by a real person (!) who was very helpful & arranged for the same tech to do the work. He quickly identified the issue and the system up and working in just over an hour.
