I needed a custom breakfast nook built in our condo to accommodate the needs of our growing family. I shopped around a LOT and got a wide range of estimates, ideas and time frames, none of which suited our budget or needs. (Not to mention, very few contractors had examples of their work to look over.) Fortunately, I stumbled upon TrimLogic and was impressed with the pictures posted and his reviews. Craig replied to my inquiry immediately and was able to provide a reasonable estimate (especially considering the level of his work). I had a very specific idea of what I wanted and he was able to work with my design and improve it! He added the little details that really made this piece shine like matching the moulding, add little extras, installing soft shut hinges and appropriate finishes. He convinced me to stain the bench top to match my cabinets and leave the base and wainscotting white. What a brilliant idea! The bench visually flows into my kitchen cabinets without overwhelming the area with all white or all wood. He thought of all the things that I didn't even know I should be concerned about. Craig was a very respectful of my family and home during the installation process. The majority of the bench build and painting/staining occurred offsite. This meant less mess, noise and smell in my house. Craig arrived on time (or would text me if running late) and he always cleaned up every day! He was conscious to protect our walls, hardwood floor and even the outdoor area where he worked. He even worked around my toddler's nap schedule and kept the noise to a minimum during that time. I don't need to sit here and describe the quality and beauty of his work. You can see & read this for yourself in the pictures and reviews on Yelp, Facebook and his website. I really appreciated his communication promptness; he always responded to me immediately. Also, he managed his time and budget extremely well. He gave us an installation date (and length of time) and did not run over nor did he underestimate his budget. Finally, he took pride in his work and his company and made sure the process and end product lived up to his standards. My only warning? Act fast ... he books up quickly!! Thank you Craig and TrimLogic for our beautiful breakfast nook. We can now all sit down together for dinners and connect as a family. You can't put a price on that!

Most recently, he built a greenhouse for me that is exceptional and I get a lot of positive comments from my neighbors about it. He is always on time, is reliable and is really friendly and professional. I have worked with other handymen and generally have had problems with people showing up on time or responding to my tests or emails. Joey has ALWAYS replied promptly and then shown up to do exceptional work. I cannot recommend him enough!

While Alex was creating an in-wall media channel for cable management in the living room, he came across an unexpected cross brace between studs that was attached at a 45 degree angle. He went above and beyond trying to get something to cut through it from the media entry point a foot higher. I felt awful. We worked together and got creative and I authorized a small hole in the sheetrock in order to get directly at the brace. Alex made a very small hole and got the work done and the patch job was quick and easy. Took 3x the time it should have if we hadn't stumbled on the surprise. Thank you, Alex!

We were impressed! So, we hired him a year later to paint the entire exterior of our home. Then, in March, 2021, we hired him to paint our kitchen and cabinets, living room, dining room, master bedroom, and hallways/entryways -- basically the rest of the interior. That being said, his bid was still comparable to bids from other companies. Reese was wonderful to work with. He did a meticulous job prepping the house (which had quite a bit of siding damage and needed a lot of re-caulking) and was equally meticulous with the actual painting. We felt like he took the care to paint our home like he was painting his own. Another thing we appreciated was that he was a responsive and excellent communicator. He gave us a daily update on progress and what his goal was for the next day. He also never left the job site without telling us that he was leaving. They carefully opened up the tile area around the tub--minimizing damage--and opened the ceiling below to run fans and test moisture levels. The whole experience was professional and white glove treatment all around (e.g., always removed shoes in the home, magically left no dust in the bathroom after cutting up the tile, and somehow trapped all the blown-in insulation). Grateful for their care, expertise, and willingness to engage in a small job. The tub wasn't covered under insurance, but they recommended another company for a warranty repair that did a great job.
