Zack, Jacob, Hugo and Jose were punctual, cordial and consummate professionals. Unfortunately, one of the windows was incorrectly measured and will have to be replaced. Lifetime recognized the problem was theirs and without hesitation advised they would reorder and as quickly as possible, rectify the problem. The installation work is excellent, the windows are superb, and the work was done faster than expected. They are beautifully installed - really nice from the outside and inside. Multiple neighbors congratulated us when they saw, which was unexpected and kind of funny. The ambient difference is amazing. Our previous windows let in so much heat and the new ones are cool to the touch on the hottest days. Granted the old windows were failing, but still. It's a great feeling.
