She was friendly and answered all of my questions including a price range. She stated they had numerous models available in the store and ready for purchase and pickup. Upon arrival, Andrea showed me the different models; weight restrictions; easy of storage; and brake functions. I picked out a medium weight 'Lifestyle' model in Teal Green. Purchase was simple and easy. And my mother doesn't have to wait another week for her walker.

The lady took measurements and I was able to get a set today for my trip and she ordered another pair. She showed me a chair that might assist me a great deal. They have quite a bit of equipment here including lift assist chairs and walker assist and shower devices etc. shopping here was frankly a pleasure. They even had a private area where I could try my constriction stocking on. They called promptly when my other set of stockings arrived.

Their excellent customer service staff kept me informed with each step of the process. It was, in fact, a detailed return process, but I respected their need to ensure that the product was in a returnable condition. The unit arrived fairly quickly, but did not include a Yankauer for nasal suction. I tried contacting the company to purchase a yankauer and after a delayed response I was told they had no yankauer's and that I would have to shop other companies to order such equipment. I later located a company who sold yankauer's at a very reasonable price. I received the yankauer's a couple days later and then attempted to use the Vacu-Aide Machine. It was difficult to use to the point feeling unsafe and came with very vague instructions. I tried the machine one time and immediately knew right away this machine was not going to work-too dangerous! I immediately requested a refund from the company and within a couple of days got the approval to send the unit back, but I would be responsible for the $28 dollar shipping. I followed their strict return guidelines on how to package and label the unit for returning the device. A couple weeks passed and I hadn't received a refund. I reached out to the company several times via email (unable to actually speak with a person). I then received the unit back on my porch and on the side of the box it indicated the refund had been denied because it was not returned in its original box. This of course was completely false. I personally packaged and returned the unit in its original box. The company now tells me there is nothing they can do and now I am stuck with a $379.00 dollar machine that I have zero use for. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. They most certainly do not honor their return policy. On another note, they are not accredited through the Better Business Bureau, in fact he BBB sight indicates "Complaints often center around unresponsive customer service, difficulties securing refunds and unexpected shipping charges - "The business is not accredited by the BBB and holds an unaccredited rating with multiple consumer complaints regarding order discrepancies and return policies." This company also has additional negative reviews on various other website's mostly related to poor customer service and failure to honor their return policy. Doing business with this company is very risky to say the least. In addition, I sent a letter to their management team, but they refuse to respond. Healthcare Supply Pros, I am not going away. What you are doing to me as a consumer is simply not right and others need to know.

But Saturday I went in and bought one pair of scrubs pants, there was a girl and what seemed to be a new hire behind the register and they were very kind, and helpful. Well I ended up buying the wrong size, when I got home to try them on, I pulled them up and accidentally pulled the tag off the pants. They didn't fit anyways so I went to return them. I was aware that the return.exchange policy called for the tags to be attached, but I tried anyways, and was prepared to get denied. I walked in and the same new hire was behind the register, with another guy, I have no idea who he was or what it name was. I grabbed the right size and brought both bottoms up to the register and asked for an exchange. Before even letting me finish the other guy (not the new hire) says "do you have your receipt?" very rude. I handed everything over, and said "hey I do know that the tag is off, but I just bought them 2 days ago, I swear I didn't wear them...." and again before finishing my statement he cuts me off and raises his voice and says "So the next time you buy something from us you HAVE to make sure the tag is attached" in a very snarky tone of voice. I said "yes I understand, and im sorry" he then looks at me and says "I remember everyones face who comes in here with returns and exchanges, so I will remember you if you ever try to return something without the tags attached again." I just stood there and stared at him, totally baffled. He then says "but ill do it this time as a courtesy, everyone deserves a courtesy but don't let it happen again" 1: I was prepared to have to eat the cost of those pants because I knew the tag was removed, and I was aware of the policy 2: I have NEVER been spoken to in such a rude, and condescending tone. I cannot believe that a kid, probably close to half my age spoke to me that way. I will never be returning to this store again. Shop with caution.
