Very disappointed in the support. They are inflexible and do not work with the customer to access supplies.

BEWARE...Do not use if you need supplies for a serious condition. My dad has a tracheostomy and feeding tube. I stopped by in-person and brought in exactly what we need. They said they received the order from the doctor and I should receive supplies in 1-2 days. After 10 days, multiple phone calls, emails and another in person visit, nothing is ordered. Different people are asking me basic questions I have answered multiple times. I'm now in a critical situation to find supplies. Stay away! Poor management. read more

Awful service. Not only did it take 4 months for them to deliver a CPAP machine for my dad, (they blamed the doc for not sending the paperwork) they were a no show for the first appointment. Nobody from the company called. When I called to find out what happened, someone said very casually, "oh, the technician forgot." Then, on the day of the second appointment, 30 mins before the technician was supposed to show, I get a call about a co-pay. They had 4 months to discuss a co-pay. When I asked are you seriously just now telling me about a co-pay? Angela (I think) said "oh, I thought I already did." It appears this company's employees have poor memory and very lazy approach to healthcare. I wish I would have chosen another company, but I didn't want my dad to have to wait longer...which I'm sure is how they stay in business because it is DEFINITELY NOT their service. read more

Before coming here, was a bit anxious about 3 things... 1) the average dispassionate nature of dealing with MOST Individuals who are in Any Way associated with the American Medical System; and 2) at a storefront; Good Customer Service; and 3) Pricing. Pam, you Are/Were AWESOME! I chose American Medical because they are local, but it was a mistake. Their customer service, especially the billing specialist, is below standard. She does not think that being responsive to a customer's request is required. Their billing practice is very irregular and when you ask for a justification and/or clarification, she simply does not respond to your emails. Recommend going elsewhere where customer service is part of the culture and not an inconvenience. read more

Do not by purchase CPAP equipment from these people. Their knowledge of CPAP is next to none. These people push obsolete mask that are horrible. I returned their inferior equipment after one month and resorted to purchasing my CPAP machine and mask on line. I prepaid them my insurance deductible for a year and they have not refunded my money. I call that being thief's. These people have cost me a lot of money, but in the end it was worth it to not deal with these people. read more

Recently worked with Cathy (Mgr) and Doug there to find an prescription ankle brace for treating a sprain. They kept providing us with different styles and sizes to find the best working brace. And when we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for in their inventory, they got a different model from their supplier in Temple TX. I would definitely go back to work with them if and when we need additional medical equipment. read more

I had dealings with this company back in 2018 and it was great then. But the dealings I have with them now are horrible. My prescription has been there for a month now. I keep getting told things are being sent to my dr for signature when nothing is being sent. I keep being told there is someone different I need to talk to. And then when I call and ask to speak to one particular person I was told that I couldn't and needed to speak to someone else. I even asked to leave a message for that person and the receptionist, Kathy, wouldn't even take my message for him. I am not sure what has happened to the customer service with this place but it has definitely went downhill. I actually have switched medical equipment companies now because of this. I would rather start the whole process over with a new company then to be given this service. read more

I called and and requested that I be put on a generic one for my next order. I will see what happens. Thanks My only issue with this company is the 8.00 up charge cause they say my insurance does not pay well. Well they signed a contract with the company I have thus agreeing to accept that amount. I should not be charged extra, I pay my co-pay fee's and that is what I should. I wonder who else pays that fee? read more
