I felt rushed through every part of the process. After my initial consult, one procedure was decided on. When I returned for the procedure, my dentist began by drilling my tooth into a jagged shard before realizing that actually I needed a root canal and I'd have to make a new appointment. The dentist sent me home numb and with my own sharp tooth digging into my numb tongue and cheek. By the time the anesthetic wore off, my mouth was torn up and I could barely swallow. I returned the following morning in agony to be met with skepticism from my dentist about how bad I was feeling. She shaved off some more of my tooth and put a better temporary filling. This place deserves ZERO stars. Absolutely terrible dentist/assistants that had no idea what they where doing. Decided to give me crowns on my front teeth that are worse than my teeth ever where to begin with. I had PERFECT front teeth until I let this place ruin them. Not to mention they left temporary crowns on my teeth for WEEKS that looked SO BAD. This happened in July and I still can't or will ever get over it. Please please please do not go here. After today I will be looking elsewhere for a dentist, the dentist argued with me because I was not on board with the plan set in the computer, she was extremely rude and unprofessional along with her assistant. Left the room and came back in talking about me while entering the room. Then because I didn't agree with her and called her out for doing work that costs way more and is not essential when I need fillings and extractions she refused to see me again! I wouldn't bring my pet here or recommend this office to anyone! I'd give a negative rating if I could! read more

This doesn't even deserve one star. I have never ever been afraid to go to the dentist in my entire life. I am a model patient, I usually have zero complaints and I'm easy to work with. I should have left the moment the "dentist" asked me why I was there, and what tooth he was supposed to fill. The guy had no clue what he was doing, he numbed the wrong nerve and refused to give me more Novocain, so I felt the entire procedure. I have never cried at a dentist appointment. He did not care. It was the single most terrible experience I have ever had at a dentists office. He thinks he is doing a root canal on me next week and he is sadly mistaken. He won't touch me ever again. The problem I went there for isn't even fixed and I went through hell for no reason. Also I would like to add that these people are purely unprofessional, aside from ONE hygienist, that should really look for a better and more reputable office, because she deserves better. The entire time I was squirming in the chair, these people were gossiping and talking crap and SWEARING about other coworkers, like I wasn't even there. Literally treated me like an animal, pulling my head around and talking to me like a child. NEVER AGAIN. Never ever again. Don't let these people touch you or your children. Worst dentist ever! My husband went here for caps of his front teeth. They waited until the same morning of his initial appt to call and say they can't verify he has insurance, but calling our provider they have everything stating he did. They would not accept from the provider anything after pulling tooth and nail to try to get the proof! The appointment which had been scheduled for a month then obviously couldn't happen. Finally get another appt, and there is a very inexperienced lady working: long black hair, glasses, chunky, who works in the back 3 rooms. Come to a 3 hour appointment (who would want to be alone during that), I went to attend with my husband and they denied me. Denied my attendance. Needless to say they won't ever be getting my business again, and never will they get a good review from me! read more

I have only had my teeth cleaned there, for many years, but they have always done a good job and been nice.

This is by far the worst dental business ive ever seen. I've been there numerous times and every time I've been there there either rude or they don't know what they're doing or they have misplaced my file. A woman there pulled one of my teeth out and it caused me nothing but pain since you pulled it because she pulled it wrong and then they had to sow the hole in my gums together. I had gone once and the woman there insisted that I was a drug addict because I had bad teeth after I told her repeatedly that I wasn't and she still insisted that I was. I've called there to ask the receptionist questions about an upcoming appointment and she tells me I don't know I don't have time to look at that you should have kept track of your stuff when they didn't even give me an appointment card. Just recently i went there and they said i needed to go to an oral surgeon and that they could set me up an appointment with a gteat one in syracuse. I was ok with that. They set up the appointment and told me nothing about it. So i called and asked for an address for this oral surgery place and i was told that she didnt have time for that. Thankfully enough i got a confirmation call before I had to go. So when they called I asked for an address and they told me that they arent located in Syracuse at all they're located in Phoenix. So i had to drive extra time way out of my way to go there and when i got there they said that they couldnt pull my teeth because they werent an oral surgery place they were just a dentists office. So when i called american mobile dental to tell them about the woman yelled at me and my boyfriend and told me everything is my fault. Very unprofessional. Very rude. I will never go back. If i could give this a rating of zero stars i would. Theyre terrible and awful. read more
