They wear out dentists and are like the cvs/Walgreens of dentistry. They don't give a crap about dentists or patients. To get it removed I had to wait two weeks to get a basic tooth removal. At first they were like you have to see one of our specialists, this tooth is saveable etc. Just to see that dentist was was around 600. I opted for no and just get it removed. Nothing fancy just pop the tooth out, no digging to roots, it was over 500. Insane. After all that tooth pulled, a filling decided to pop out of another tooth. Great. I didn't want to go back to the so I decided to call around. I called around and came to this office. No one can match these prices. To get a tooth filled 230. Welp no Brainer. I set up an appointment for a day away. Fast appointment times too! They saw me took one xray and got to work! The neice was a young dentist (sorry I'm terrible with names) is just amazing. She made me feel comfortable. Her hygienesis was also truly amazing. Once all of this was finished I came home and bit down and my tooth decided to send a shock wave through my skull. I had to wait till Monday because I had the appointment on Friday and the minute I called they said come in today and let's get this fixed. I went in that day and they redid the whole tooth with no charge it turns out that my tooth is just going to need a crown but I need to hold off until I can get that taken care of. Nothing they did nothing they couldn't do it's just my tooth really needs support now. But just a simple fact that they took care of that with no extra fees or anything like that I cannot sing this place enough praise. Truly they are amazing and the young dentist is going to be around for a very long time.

In May of this year I went to get a new partial not covered by insurance. They gave me a price and took a deposit for exactly half of that. I paid the balance they requested on the day of service. After that a new manager and staff said I owed another $1,200 but said the entire staff I dealt with had been fired and they had no notes or computer entries saying they had given me that price. It was my word against theirs. The receptionist was incredibly rude and District Manager was nice at first and then turned nasty when I asked for documentation. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office for unethical practice. After 20 years of being a patient there it was unimaginable that they would do that even though they are new owner. This place is a scam.

Dentists who were very rough, who would rather pull teeth than save them, and who botched work. Dr. Pateras restored my faith in dentistry not only through his skill, but also through introducing me to preventive dentistry. In the past I would have teeth that would break off with no warning, loose teeth, constant infections and lots of cavities. After becoming a patient here, and taking care of problems before they become irreversable, I have enjoyed good dental health ever since. I have had to have my share of restorative work such as crowns and bridges due to past neglect, but the remaining teeth have remained in good shape and I plan on keeping them. I did all the things, all of them Arrived to my supposed-to-be consultation with the dental proprietor of the establishment, to be served a cup of rinse. I rinsed. I spat. I sat awkwardly through 20 pictures of my teeth being taken by digital camera. I held the tongs when asked. My husband raised an eyebrow. I shrugged. I was there to discuss a plan for getting implants, as my teeth did not make it through terminal lung cancer as peppy as I did. When I informed them I was not there for the $149 super special super cleaning, confusion was thick. I said again, I was supposed to see the owner. Andrea said she works with the #1 implant specialist in the country. I was stoked. We then waited 30 minutes for the dentist who showed up delightful, gentle and absolutely clueless to anything. She asked why I was there. I said to fix my teeth. She said what's wrong with them. I said there's only 7. She asked what I was specifically there for. Now less sure, I answered... expertise? On... dental... implants? Did no one... sigh. She excised herself to peer at my X-rays for the first time, and then said she would not be able to help me, but handed me a useless post-it where 'a firmer cancer patient like me can go to get specialized care for my cancer deformity.' Um. Those teeth were pulled in the 90's, back when sedation dentistry wasn't really a thing, and my dentist pulled anything that needed more than 10 minutes work because I had panic disorder. Unacceptable in the late 80's and early 90's. Point is, it was a waste of time, a schmooze to get me there and it was irritating because now my sedation dentist is like: appreciate what you have. And maybe that's it. I'll give him 23k because my deformity, whether from cancer or anxiety, doesn't bother him And he knows I'd absolutely smack him if he said I was deformed. Because what a douche to the ego High traffic. Very busy. It's dark. Addams family decor (black blinds with dark blue floors). Don't recommend. Unless that's your thing. Then go for it.

He is extremely gentle and is concerned about ensuring you experience no pain. I have had multiple root canals with him and have never felt a thing other than the initial nova caine shots which are minimal because they use a topical first as well. I've referred many people here in the past. Great prices when I had to pay out of pocket or use Care Credit. Only complaint is he sometimes leaves for a month if the year to go do charity around the world, and causes me to delay appointments. But that's not a complaint, he is truly a great guy and takes care of my entire family.
