When Cody came out to talk with us, he was very generous with his time, answered all our questions and helped us with decisions that we were unsure about. Lynn Taylor was the architect for our beautiful custom patio. He knew what I wanted and drew the design from scratch. I knew he was a special man when he asked if it was alright to sit outside and sketch out what I asked him for. I saw the graph paper and pencil on his lap as he took his time to make it the way I wanted. Even after he drew the sketch he called me the next day few days with other ideas and told me he could get rid of the center post from his design that was blocking our backyard view. He even introduced a new style of mounted the beam underneath the eaves rather that on roof to increase the height of the patio which which took our patio to a whole other level. He had Pablo and his great crew come and demo our old patio and install the new patio with extra electrical add-ons that I asked for. There was no "I can't do it" from this man. He was the consumate professional and knew his craft. I knew it when he walked into my home that this was the man for the job. We had a screen room enclosure installed this past June. Jerrold Callis was in charge of the installation and was exceptionally professional and thorough. He had to make a couple of on-the-spot design revisions, and did so without issue. From the tear-down of the old awning to every aspect of the installation, I highly recommend him. He had to deal with a young partner who quit on him after one day and he handled that without a beat. When the installation was complete, we found a minor concern with a couple of screws. He realized the design flaw and, even though the job was "complete", he promised to go to Home Depot and come back the next day to make it right. He did! Replaced the screws with nuts and caps and made it look so much more complete and correct than with the hardware that came with the doors. It has been a couple of months now, and the cool summer evening breeze in Burbank is so much nicer without the bugs!! After stucco needed repair during some electrical work, Jerrod promptly returned, as promised, to repair and patch the stucco. They have decades of experience, and provided me the exact product they told me, with absolutely no extra charges later,(like a lot of companies).
