Rod, Tamy, and the entire crew have been absolutely amazing. Communication has always been top-notch. Tamy is wonderful about keeping clients informed of any schedule changes or updates, and she's always been so kind and responsive. When one of our sweet pups passed away in December, the compassion they showed meant more than they probably know. Special shout out to Rod! Our dogs always had to be inside before he could come into the yard, and he was incredibly patient while we wrangled our little pack of poop-protecting weirdos He never minded waiting a minute for us to get everyone settled and was always dependable and professional. When we had three dogs, the monthly price was unbelievably reasonable. Even with that many pups, the service was an incredible value and worth every penny. It was one of those things that made life so much easier, and we never once regretted it. Do not do business with this scam artist! I own a dog waste removal company here in town, and was…read morepresented a number of clients from Skip to purchase for $1700, with the assurance that these customers were current and waiting customers for services, as Skip was no longer able to service homes due to medical reasons. Much to my surprise as I started going through the list, the majority of the customers either had moved, had not used to service in years, or no longer had dogs. I even had one guy say that they fired skip because he was absolutely terrible. As if that wasn't enough, there were a number of customers who also stated that they had been contacted by another dog waste removal company earlier in the day, with the same story that I was presenting to them, that I had bought his clientele base and was now taking over the accounts. It turns out Skip sold this owner and me the same list of accounts. This man is scum. He lied to my face about the status of his business, about who he was as a person, and about the integrity with which he does business. If this man contacts you, do not do business with him - he is scum and will con you one way or another. The screenshot is his assurances that my purchase was legit, he has since blocked my number and is not answering my calls.

They came out first time for free but I tipped them the price they quoted for ongoing service. I hadn't picked up after the all dogs that covered the back years for months. The whole summer was out there. I watch a friends dogs on days she is gone all day so that makes 5 going regularly. They came and it looks AMAZING!!! They were courteous and respectful. Quick as well. The man even helped me with my sprinkler problem of the husky biting the heads off. He gave me a great idea and they now are not getting eaten off. I signed up for bi-monthly service and text the tech should I not be here to unlock the side gate. It's only $70 a month for all those dogs and I have a big back yard. I am sooo pleased with them and they even spray off the patio. So grateful I saw that little car. Great little company with honest and integrated people who provide great service. The customer service gal was attentive and took the time to help me get a day when I was home by finding an alternate tech for my area on the weekend.
