I receive text communications letting me know when Danny and his team will be by my house for my regular service and I've also been able to ask questions and inquire about additional services via text with fast response times - something I value immensely! It's a relief knowing that my yard will be taken care of each month. Danny is very personable and friendly and stops by every few months to make sure that my sprinkler schedule is appropriately set to the season. I contacted Danny, let him know the laundry list of things we wanted to get done, and let him know our budget and timeframe. Danny was awesome at taking into consideration our needs, and suggested a series of appointments to tackle the list and stay within our budget. I've been nothing but pleased with the work that has been done: Irrigation, tree-trimming, tree removal, and soon: planting and integrating focal points into the back yard. Sent a quote request and never received a quote, just a response saying he's booked through the end of June and taking a vacation in July. No actual quote or date of when they could provide me service. Sounds like my job wasn't big enough. Update: I understand that but I submitted a quote request with pics of my yard and I did not receive a quote nor a date of when the service could be done. You assumed I couldn't wait and really dismissed my request, not the right thing to do. If I call my dentist for an appointment they're going to say "sorry we're booked through June but the earliest date we can schedule you for is July 6th, would you like that date?" not we're booked through June & on vacation the first week of July thanks for calling read more

So...I went through five years of schooling and apprenticeship to learn electrical theory and construction, to build billion dollar casino towers on the strip and do live testing and troubleshooting of high voltage systems so that I can make $45/hr as a union electrician....just to get a quote from a GARDENER of $70/hr to mow the lawn and pull a few weeds...and that's with me doing part of the work!!!!!...and the yard really ain't that bad...WTF?!?!...should've been a gardener...lol read more

We had recently moved into a new house that was a short sale, so the yards were unattended and just a disaster. I requested a quote on yelp and got a very fast reply. I was looking for someone to come out on short notice, and Danny even rearranged some things so he could make it happen. He spent all day cleaning up our yard and did a great job at a very reasonable price. There were also a few extra things we thought of after the original quote, and although he couldn't accommodate us that day, he came back just a few days later to do those things. Great quality of work upon initially working with Danny. There was a definite decline in work quality after a few months. Condition of the yard and the grass especially declined dramatically to the point where artificial grass was installed. Extremely unreasonable estimates to perform additional work. I also suspect that I was being sold unnecessary work (paid for fertilizing lawn in March and then was asked to fertilize again again in May). Nice guy but I no longer trusted the work that was or was not being performed. read more

My aunt asked me to post a review for her. At first she was very happy when he first came out to give an estimate and start maintaining her front and back yard. It was set up for every 2 weeks, mow and blow out both. He was going to fix her irrigation to water better, trim the trees, and there were a few small bare spots that he said he would also be able to fix. After the 1st time it was 3weeks before he came back out due to vacation he was taking. He came the very next week after the 2nd time (so 3wks was between 1st and 2nd, very next wk after the 2nd for the 3rd.). His mother does his scheduling for him and called and said he was going on vacation again for a few weeks. So, after my aunt complained about the fact he hadnt done what was discussed and he wasnt coming out in the time that was said (also asking if they were going to be scheduled for the month at all) his mother texted saying they didnt seemed to be happy with their work (lack of) and would be refund for the work not done. No apologies or trying to make it better, just made it seem like it was my aunts fault. read more

I've had Danny provide garden service for my house for the last 2 years (since the start of 2017). He's done an excellent job maintaining my front and backyard on a monthly basis and letting me know when he's coming by. Many people think that having a desert yard means no really gardening required, but the shrubs and trees still need to be routinely trimmed and cut back. Even though there are mostly rocks in my yard, the number of weeds that come up here and there is crazy! I appreciate the work that Danny puts in to removing weeds and keeping the shrubs and trees looking nice. He also installed some stepping stone/tiles from my front yard to the back yard, changed the drips, added a line for monthly fertilizing, all good additions that add value. Danny did an awesome job cleaning up the yard and removing 2 trees here at my mother in laws home. He also came and took away the tree that broke and uprooted from the high winds. Very friendly and courteous guy that takes pride in his work. He was also Very knowledgeable with various plants and trees that we had already growing in the yard. Nightmare to deal with. First service was excellent, he worked for 2 hours on yard and then after that awful job and just complained that for $85 1 hour of work is all he can do and that I need to have him come out 2ce a month if I want more done even though I begged him to just trim a few shrubs which would take 5 minutes. I had to do myself to avoid getting a fine from HOA. He also gave a quote for other work I wanted done then made appointment and cancelled saying he does not have time to do extra work now and to get someone else. In addition to this, you are given 3 hour time frame of when he could come out so no set appointments. Also very rude and mean Mom you have to deal with who sets up appointments. I do not have time to search for landscapers so tolerated this terrible treatment a few times then the last time he was a no show. I waited all day then when I called the Mom said he was there and unable to ring door bell because gate was locked (Door Bell is on outside of gate so not true). She said he cleaned up front yard even though the yard looked just as dirty as before he said he cleaned. Also I made it clear that I needed to be there when he worked on yard at all times and he did not have permission to work without me there. Just the worst yard maintenance experience ever and I have had some bad experiences before :( read more
