After the initial work was done I had to request multiple times for him to complete the installation of fixtures. After excuse after excuse he showed up with a guy who had never done electrical work. He had him do most of the work shouting out instructions from across the room and did not check it thoroughly. He piled excessive charges based on addition work I requested. I did not ask and he did not say there would be extra charges. I stupidly paid him for all work even though he did not give me a final invoice with provision that he would comeback and complete all items and any punch list items. I made several requests to finish the work which we agreed to a date. He did not show up. I have hired another electrician who is completing or correcting Brian errors.

Andrew and…read moreChandler were to install an EV charger and they noticed that a wire from the meter was melting and diagnosed the problem as a loose connection. They recommended I contact APS... who arrived pretty quick - turns out those type of issues inspire 1st responder like "show up times"... Andrew, Chandler and Jim (APS tech) - worked together to replace the melted wire and insured the connection was secure. This was a serious issue, so much so that in cases like this, Jim is required to deactivate power to the property until the wire is repaired. In addition to the potential of causing a house fire, the issue could have caused a wildfire (the property is at the base of Granite Mountain). Thank guys - you're life savers!
