They didn't turn on the pool to see if it was running properly. When I turned it on antifreeze came gushing out of the salt water cell because it wasn't attached properly. They also did not hook up the hose to drain off the excess water. I had gone out and asked them to just not turn on the salt cell but run the pool. When I called service the woman there was very dismissive and told me I would be billed if they came back. This is not service. More like highway robbery. Just lucky my dogs didn't get to the antifreeze that came gushing out!!

I went to that store and there were 4 people standing at the parts department that were extremely helpful in trying to fix my issue. I told them that the tub froze and the pipe cracked and I needed some fittings and hose to repair it. They looked at my drawing and then took me into the parts department to give me exactly what I needed and to cut a piece of hose in the length that I wanted. They got me all the fittings and their repair technician came in and asked what I was doing and I explained to him and he gave me some very good ideas on how to repair it myself and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any of your pool or Spa needs or repairs. I was very impressed with their friendliness and service.

After scheduling and paying for a cleaning service, our credit card was charged, but we have yet to receive any communication about when the service will be performed. Multiple attempts to get updates have been met with little to no response. The lack of communication, concern, and attention to customer requests from Pettis has been extremely disappointing. For a company that installed a significant investment like our pool, I expected much better customer service and follow-through. At this point, I'm seriously second-guessing whether I want to continue using them for future pool service and maintenance.

went in for a water test... was told I was off on a huge list of things but since I had the sheet…read moretelling me what do do I felt confident I could handle it. started with the alkalinity which was 58 and instructions from them said 21 pounds of balance pack 100. after adding maybe 1/2 (10 pounds) over a 6 hour period I tested again and alkalinity was now too high by tons Took a water sample to a different place for confirmation and yes it was way too high which then lead to several days of adding muriatic acid (nasty stuff) to get the alkalinity back under control. Makes me wonder if your test machines are ever tested or recalibrated as the amount you prescribed was no where near the correct amount needed.

I watched some you tube videos on tecumseh motors, took apart the electric starter... the gear Tarth on the starter were gone. Replaced the gear easily. Fly wheel was fine. Replaced the spark plug. Works fine. Brighton mower is the most unethical business for small engine repair. DO NOT TAKE your mowers or snow blowers there for service. It is the worse!

I called on 10/25 about having a snow blower serviced. They said it was still Fall so they'd have to prioritize lawn mowers first. Okay, that's fine. The person on the phone said they would look at it in the following 2 weeks. 3 weeks passed since that initial phone call and I've heard nothing from them. We had a snow storm this week so I called them up and they mentioned they were swamped (likely due to the storm). I told them it's been three weeks since our chat and over 2 weeks since they picked the device up. The owner said he'd "move us to the front of the line because [I] sounded anxious." The owner was helpful, had it looked at on Thursday, called Friday with an update and then again today after a full assessment. While I'm disappointed I had to call things seem to have moved quickly since then.
