The last time a repairman was here, I mentioned that I was thinking about shopping around for a new company, because I thought their hourly rate and service charge was too high. The repairman was ADAMANT that their charges were in fact lower than anywhere else. From his tone, although he wasn't "aggressive," I had no reason to doubt him.

It actually raised the temperature in my house. So I call the company that afternoon, which claims to have 24 hour service, and they offered to schedule an appointment for the following week. You have to literally argue with them to get service. Eventually someone came and after several hours later got the system working. Seems after installation, no one tested the system to see if it actually worked. Now for the ultimate insult, after the thousands of dollars I spent and the numerous frustrations I've had with them, they had someone deliver to my house a coffer cup with candy and a ball point pen stuck in it. That sure made me feel better. My advice to you, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.........EVER.
