They were able to find a new board on Thursday morning and installed it at 10AM. We can not say enough about the level of service as well as knowledge of the unit. ( I'll skip the details) around 5:00 being that the furnace is only 6 months old ! I call the Zenner because they installed it and the technician ( very friendly, compassionate and competent ) came around 9:30 pm found that our old humidifier was shorted causing the problem !
