Heard only good things, never used them…read more One day I was pumping gas as i watched a man's car come to a slow stop on the sidewalk not 20 feet away from me. Before I could even stop pumping and get over there, a Rainbow Floors van pulled over, helped push, gave a thumbs up to the guy and left. Driver was on a Bluetooth headset, never took it off, never said a word and wanted no recognition. It restored humanity for a moment. Until someone honked at the Rainbow van for stopping just so perfectly so any oncoming traffic wouldn't plow into the broken down car. The honker had to room to get by too. Our carpets were white and we have lived in our home for two years with FIVE kids. Needless to say, the carpets were a grey brown when they got to them. When they left, the carpets looked unbelievably white again! I had no idea they could make that much of a difference! They are absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend them. Our rugs and furniture were not easily cleaned with my own attempts and with weekly Febreeze spraying. The house is now squeaky clean and doesn't smell like our pets. In the future, I'll call to book tile/grout cleaning as well as hardwood cleaning. I need to be better about having all my rugs/furniture cleaned once or twice a year as well! George showed up at the scheduled time, answered all of my questions, gave us a demo, told us the cost and quickly followed up with a written estimate.
