They have a consistent system with their lists on the morning of the first day and move people in fairly quickly. What truly sets this company apart though, is their outstanding staff. Sarah was difficult to communicate with (often did not return calls, texts or emails) and when she was at my home the day of sale preparation, she was rude and impatient. She raised her voice with me more than once and it was all I could do not to ask her to leave and not return. She took jewelry and watches with her that day without telling me and of course I had to consider the worst-case scenario, which was that one of the several crew members there that day may have taken them. I texted her to ask about this later that evening when I realized they were gone, and later the next morning she let me know they had them to research further and metal test. No apology for causing me concern, or acknowledgement that perhaps one should not do that without notifying the home owner. She neglected to mention additional parking near-by in a small business lot in the sale listing, despite my telling her that the owner had granted permission for use during the sale (my street is short with little parking available). A few days after the sale ended (low turnout and poor sales) I received a bill via email showing that I owed her over $600 as the minimum threshold of $2000 for sales had not been met. No personal note with that, text or phone call. Lots of lovely items gone as if they were given away; $2000 is a low threshold for vintage, antique, collectible items, suitcases, bedding, table linens and cookware along with some jewelry, several nice resin watches and some furniture. The only bright spot was that the two crew members who were there during the two days of the sale, Stacey and Casey, were sweet, kind and communicative. I was able to sell many of the leftover items online and more than made up for the financial loss caused by this estate sale, so that was a big help. I have read many positive reviews for Pink Lady and it's as if people are talking about services and an owner that I did not utilize. Reminded me eerily of the story of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and you can deduce which one I got! Someone mentioned that Sarah was having health issues, and if true I would not wish that for anyone. But regardless of what was going on in her personal life, there is no excuse for the unprofessional behavior and conduct I encountered. I encourage others to exercise their due diligence and explore other and better options that are out there.

For starters, I watched her and her husband take things (small things, but still . . .) from my home before the sale even started. She said she'd pay for them, but did she? I have no reason to believe they ever paid for those items. Certainly she never told me what she thought was a fair price -- especially odd, considering that she was going to keep 40% of that price for herself as her commission! A highly desirable item was marked sold minutes after the sale started - and went home with her daughter. Was the item priced fairly? I have no way of knowing. Did they even pay for it? Again, no way to know. I did not expect an accounting of every five dollar item that sold in the house, but I did expect an accounting for the larger ticket items -- say things that were priced at $100.00 or more. That didn't happen. There was NO accounting for anything that sold. Olga, her husband, and her daughter handled all the money and never accounted for any of the items. That was my fault, for not making sure that that I would get a list of what sold and for how much, but I think a reputable and honest seller would've provided that kind of accounting on her own. The finally tally was far lower than I expected, I can say that for certain. The second day of the sale, friends of hers came to look, which was fine. But then they parked themselves in my living room for hours and didn't leave. I am pretty sure that other buyers would've been put off by the sight of this tight group having themselves a little coffee klatch and may not have looked at the items for sale in that room as a result. I had a few items I really needed to sell. I told Olga I wanted them gone, no matter how low the price. Despite that, she refused to make a deal with a seller that was willing to pay for one of those items at the end of the last day. I ultimately had to give the item away. I also witnessed her quote a price for several items to a potential buyer and deny she'd quoted that price just a few minutes later. She yelled at the potential buyer, putting her in tears when it was Olga herself that was lying. On another note, Olga and her husband, as well as her daughter, repeatedly tried to give me advice on what to do about selling my house. One of the aforesaid friends from the living room group cornered me and badgered me about my religious beliefs. It was insane. I should have done far more research before I hired this company. I made a terrible mistake using them. I just hope this review keeps someone else from making the same mistake. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

PROS: The company seems to run very professionally and is attentive to Covid guidelines. They only allowed a few people in at a time, masks required, good signage, out front, etc. CONS: Most things were not priced to sell so much as they were priced for profit. Also, a staff member was with you in every room kind of hovering (if they weren't initially in the room, they followed you into the room). As a customer, this felt awkward and uncomfortable.
