Ishmael was incredibly detail-orientated and passionate about saving lives. I highly recommend that everyone use Heart-Revive, no matter their ability level. Various scenarios were presented and helped to reinforce knowledge. Newer AHA guidelines were presented, which is helpful. We had adequate time for hands-on practice with real-time feedback. The children's section on the bottom floor is great! They have a play area, eight computers, a plenty of places to relax and read. The selection is great as well!
