Still waiting to get my lips done but I saw Sarah for my Botox and she gave me a very comfortable and professional consultation. Sarah triple checked what I was looking for and informed me every time she was going to poke me to inject the Botox. My Botox took effect in 5 days and my fine lines and crease between my eyes is gone! She did such a fantastic job and I am so happy with the results! I hope they can move my lip appointment up ASAP because I am so pleased with my Botox results! Sarah is awesome such a professional and knowledgeable person. I will be seeing her for my next appointment when I am ready for more! Update: I saw Sarah again and we discussed everything again and how I liked my previous results and what else I wanted to target. We came up with a great plan! I wanted my lips more full and asked about fillers. Rather than push it on me Sara recommended a botox lip flip to see if that gave me the desired result with out adding more fillers. We have a follow up appt once my Botox takes effect to determine if I would like a bigger plump with fillers of if the lip flip gave me the look I wanted! If I had the option to not choose a star at all, that would have been my rating. When there is no reviews on a website, no option to leave a review on a website and no before and after pics, there is usually a reason. Shame on me for not coming to that conclusion sooner. Do NOT go to Kris for services if you desire ANY one of these outcomes: 1. Be told "You're not BLACK" when you express the desired outcome of your Juvederm injections 2.Unsatisfied before you leave 3. Be rushed out and not listened to when you express your concerns before you leave about the unevenness of the injections (literally she was already cleaning the bed while I was expressing my concerns) 4. Being told to call on the following Monday if you are still not satisfied to have her correct the issues - only for her to go on the defensive and tell you that SHE thinks you look fine and that you should be happy 6. Be told to go back to the practitioner that did your previous injections 8 years ago because you were satisfied with those results 7. Be told that the only person who left her a bad review was sued for exploiting and defrauding businesses 8. Waste 7 days on emails back and forth with Kris, only to be made to feel that your issues are invalid, of no concern to her, lies, and unrealistic At the end of the day, I paid over $1200 for services that I am not happy with and will have to go elsewhere and pay more to get them resolved, which of course will cost more money. I am 47 years old, and this is the first negative review I have ever left for ANY business. Take it to heart. read more

I have had several treatments here (Kybella, fillers) and am never disappointed by the quality of work. The staff (esp Kristine and Erin!) are very knowledgeable, friendly and make you feel comfortable with every step of the process.
