I was looking for a chain type salon with name recognition but I decided to give them a try after they came highly recommended by our dog groomer ( the groomers hair was adorable). I'm really glad I did! My last cut was a mess, so after 6 months of growing it out, I was a little nervous. Brooke was my stylist and she gave me an amazing cut (which was no small task working around the last bad cut). The owner was on site which makes a huge difference in customer service. Everyone was friendly and they have a large variety of services. They provide cuts, color, waxing (including bikini), manicures but not pedicures. Another reviewer said there was an overwhelming smell of nail chemicals but I didn't smell it. They do not accept credit or debit cards so make sure to bring cash. I paid $21 for a cut and brow wax. I highly recommend.

I came here without an appointment and was warmly greeted and got a spot within a few minutes. My hairdresser was super sweet, talkative, friendly and professional. She explained everything she was doing to my hair and asked me questions about it as we went along. She did not cut length off but masterfully blended my hair which a previous salon could not do. Lady said she would bring them to me a little while. Lady took me back to a regular chair. Soaked my toes get old polish off. Sat there in very uncomfortable chair. No conversations. After getting old polish off took me back to another chair, with the bowl. I was relieved finally something comfortable. NOT... She told me there was a massage. She put my feet into bowl, let them soak for a while. While I was sitting there trying to find remote which I couldn't find. She came back over and I asked her then, she got it for me. Wish she would offered it to me at beginning. She cut the nails, put scrub on them. Towel that was suppose to be hot to wrap foot around foot was cold. Before we started she petting her dog and didn't wash her hands. When done there went back over to the first uncomfortable chair. Had to lift my leg onto a pedestal to get toes painted. Not comfortable at all. Still during all this time no conversation. From my appointment time to time I walked out the door was 1 and half hour and cost wayyyyy to much $50.00 No scrubbing brush on toes, no grate thing to get dead skin off bottom of feet, No rubbing lotion on legs. I had asked for the haircut in the first picture. Choppy bangs, SLIGHT layers, a short bob. I pretty much had a bob and just needed a trim and the bangs. She touched up my highlights which went fine, although I was slightly disappointed when I went to put my hair up and saw some grays that missed the hair dye. The haircut was next and all I know is one moment I went from a bob, then I had bangs, then I had a bowl cut with bangs. There was a lot of internally screaming going on inside. I wish I would have know what she had in mind or I would have stopped her. She lifted most of the top of my hair and just cut across and when it fell it was a bowl shape. The good news? My hair will eventually grow back and I marked one more hair salon off my list.

We just moved and I'm VERY weary to new stylists, but she listened to exactly what I wanted which was to grow it out and recommended a really well thought out plan. Every time she cut, she would ask if the length was okay repeatedly to make sure that it was to my liking which I really appreciated (cause hands up to those who have gotten their hair chopped off at a scissor happy stylist). As far as the salon goes, it was clean and bright inside. I had a later appointment so there was nobody there. Great ambiance and had free wifi. Scheduling was streamlined on styleseat.com/i/anniegarcia2 (although there is a $1 booking fee). She communicated any time delays/issues really well and saved me idle time of sitting and waiting. Overall, great place and am very happy to have found a new stylist! Will be back in 8 weeks for a treatment and cut! I'd add before and after pics but I got a very basic dry cut on black hair so it doesn't show much on pictures.
