Just because someone hires a contractor doesn't mean they don't understand how to do a job and how…read morelong a job should take. Our experience Hukills was terrible. Something that should have taken no longer than three weeks has gone well over three months. Not sure why it's taking long since they routinely send out two guys to do the same job after each tiny portion of work is done incorrectly by first crew. They sent guys to do a flooring and didn't order enough materials - utter incompetence.. Had guys try to start work that wasn't approved due to lack of progress on first portion of the project. Lack of communication was inexcusable- expecting us to remain on standby in case they show up to work for a few hours, then not showing up at all. Lack of respect all around. Our doors were left open while they worked in our home and it ended up full of flies twice. They failed to secure our residence when leaving the home. They never laid paper down nor wore construction booties to protect our living space, so they tracked dust and mess everywhere. Came home to construction noise only, then had workers think it was okay to playing music and singing along. Had doors labeled "do not enter" and workers opened doors and entered rooms anyway. They left our lights on and we asked them to make sure they are turned off. They turned on extra lights and continue to leave them on each time. They worked here. When they would book an appointment to review their work and have things fixed that were still wrong, they never showed up on time. Their lack of professionalism, lack of common courtesy, utter disregard for customer private spaces and home sanctity is mind boggling. I don't recommend this company at all.

I've had two call outs and three projects handled by Accurate. The first time I called them because…read morethey are one of the few that can do a locate and help find where a leak is occurring. When they came to my house to do that it was so obvious during the test that the leak location was found very quickly and with very little of their gas being used. Even though the estimate and agreed upon price for that service was higher they charged me less than we agreed on and also got me scheduled to have their guys come fix it. They told me they could get access without using a vacuum truck which would result in my not only paying for that equipment but then having to purchase dirt to refill the hole it would create. Quickly two guys were dispatched to my house, they dug up the bad pipe and patched it with putting in a little detour to avoid the issue that caused it to break in the first place. My second dealing with them was through my home warranty company. When I saw Accurate was assigned I was elated to know a qualified person would be handling it and I could expect it to be fixed right without me having to argue with the warranty company for hours. They came and assessed that I needed a new water heater and also helped address a leaky drain in my kitchen sink. It took the warranty company a few days to approve the claim and then Accurate worked hard to expedite getting me back on the schedule to do the work. The plumber that came back, Matt, was the same one that came to do the pipe from the locate job. He remembered some of the things we discussed and I enjoyed chatting with him while he fixed the issues. The work was done right the first time and in a very friendly manner. Everyone I've encountered from Accurate has been professional, kind, and I've felt as if they treated my home and projects with the same amount of care and respect as they would on their own homes or a family members. When Matt saw my drain was cross threaded and the appropriate piece wouldn't attach correctly he replaced the entire drain instead of the one part that actually needed it in order to the job right, not just get it done. I wouldn't hesitate to call Accurate for any future plumbing issues that come up and certainly hope if I put in any more claims on the home warranty that they are the ones assigned to the ticket.

They charged $875.00 LABOR and another $250 for materials that they would not list when asked for an itemized bill . Billing and emails attached . It appears since they do not bill for time, or service call but by the job per Tim (who did not identify his position in the company) !! That means to me they pull a number out for you to pay and that's it. They also do not put any dates of service on billing as you can see, they were here 3 different days over approximate 4 week period . I did not need to call Andrew he called me at 5 pm Wednesday November 30th yelling so told him not to contact us again . He did !! This time by text at 5:07 pm telling us he bent over backwards for us, but I think we were the ones that were bent over!! There's always the State of Oregon Contractor's Board who can over see any problems if needed just call them .

I told him I'd been quoted for the job and he told me that was only for driving up to my place! I let him know I was not happy but did not make a scene, yell or cuss at him. I gave him the extra money just to get it done. Now, I got a call related to an Angi search about a new problem. They gave no estimate over the phone but did tell me the estimate would be free. I was not sure if it was the same company I'd had the problem with before but I figured it wouldn't hurt to get their estimate and, knowing what I did, would not get taken again. The guy came by, got half way up my driveway, then backs out and drives away. Minutes later I get a call from the guy saying they've done work for me before and are not interesting in doing any more. So, unless you're willing to get ripped off like I did the first time, this is not someone you want to do business with.

They answered the phone which is always a plus and were willing to fit my job right in! We thought it just needed a pump out but after a couple months we had another back up......on Christmas Eve with guests coming over! Believing they were likely closed, I called to schedule a pump out by leaving a message but was shocked by the girl in the office answering!!! She had their truck at my house within a couple hours!!! On Christmas Eve! They later gave me some recommendations I could work on over the next few weeks so we could solve the issue and sure enough they were correct! Plugged distribution box. They cleaned everything out and things are flowing great!! Very reasonable rates, top notch service and they make you feel like you are their VIP customer.
