I originally intended to go to a local trophy shop, but the prices online persuaded me to order them online at Newline. I was hesitant, but they have continuously impressed me. When submitting the order form, it had room for a single logo. After contacting them, they assured me they could do multiple logos for no extra charge. Perfect! I emailed them the two logos, the text, and a reference design I found online. Within ten minutes of submitting the logos and reference, the manager called me. They had already started designing the plate, but one of the logos was too low of quality. He had researched online for alternatives, but could not find anything. I resubmitted a higher quality logo, and by the next day, Ryan had designed an AMAZING plate design. ~~~~~~~~~ TLDR: BEST customer service I have ever worked with.
