The ribs (Pen's House Ribs) were fall-off-the-bone tender with a flavor that hit all the sweet and savory notes.  The sauce is perfection, but they stand alone without it too!   The sides were just as impressive. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy with a panko crunch, the green beans were seasoned beautifully, and the rice and beans were full of flavor and cooked to perfection.  All of them complemented the chicken and ribs very nicely, and together with the BBQ it was the perfect amount of food for our family of 5 (though I could have eaten the chicken and ribs forever). And let's talk about the delivery, because that can make or break any meal, especially BBQ -- not only was it on time, but it was hand-delivered with care, arriving at the perfect temperature like it just came out of the kitchen.
