(When the server cut the meat i could tell he was considerate and he included a fair portion of fat cap and meat. Not an just an overwhelming amount of fat or a dry portion without the cap.) The potato salad and corn bread were right down the middle, absolutely no complaints there. But the smoked meat options are definitely where they shine!
