I will try to shorten this story...hired Josh 2 years ago to replace my roof. They seemed to do a…read moregood job. The same day the work was done, I texted Josh and told him the roof line was very wavy and looked uneven. And also my bathroom ceiling had a crack the entire length of it. It appears to have a point of impact where you can see something happened. My guess is his guys stepped on it while replacing the decking. He said the shingles would flatten out when he summer heat came. And said he had never have my ceiling situation happen before and his guys could not have done that. I was home when they started and let me tell you...those guys threw those packages of shingles around so hard that my entire house shook and the dishes in the cupboard rattled. I'm was insane. Anyway...Summer came and roof line was still awful. I had new gutters and leaf guards installed 6 months prior to the roof. So I called gutter company to come back out because something was not right. They said the roofers "completely destroyed"the leaf guards...they were all smashed in. So I will shorten the next 2 years of conversations. He went from it's not my fault to I will come out and replace the leaf guards. And he knows a dry wall person and will send them out. 2 years of me hounding him to fix these problems with nothing but excuses including I'm on vacation, I'll be out there soon, and " I forgot" replies, and I'll replace the bad sections to I'll replace all of it (said he did gutters too and my house is small so his guys could do that in no time) every conversation was a different reply from him. I finally told him I would start leaving bad reviews and he immediately called me and begged me not to do that. We scheduled a time for him to come out. He decided to come out early while I was still at work, took some pictures and called me and said no one puts gutter guards on before a roof (seriously I am the only house he's ever done with existing gutter guards?) and he wasn't responsible. So now I am paying someone to fix my bathroom ceiling and replace my gutter guards. I am pissed. I don't have money to fix his screw ups. I have given him ample time to correct all this and he has not, so now I'm leaving my review on every platform. What makes this worse is we have common friends and he is family to a friend of mine. So while his roof job was good, just know if you hire him and something goes wrong, he is not honorable and will never fix it.

I am very impressed with the service I received from Roof Pro's!…read more Salesman Manny coordinated with my work schedule and came out and did a thorough roof inspection. My original plan was to just get certain areas on the roof replaced because of some leaking issues I had. However, because I also had some hail damage, he also quoted a full roof replacement--advising me that many times this is covered by homeowners insurance. Manny coordinated his schedule to meet me on the day the insurance field adjuster came out. A little later, I came to their showroom to pick out the shingle type/color, gutters, and gutter shields as well as to setup a payment plan. Their prices were very reasonable. The roof, gutters, and gutter shields were all professionally installed. The installers also did a great job covering bushes and other items around the house before the work was done, and cleaning up the yard afterwards! I am very happy with the appearance of the house now and, of course, glad that I don't have any more leaks in the kitchen! I am also very satisfied with the work that was done and especially the service I received from Manny and Leo (owner). They are knowledgeable, experienced, and care enough about their customers to go the "extra mile"! I highly recommend them! They truly are "roof pro's"!!

Leo was knowledgeable, informative, provided pictures and stayed in contact with me since I live out of town. Before the roof on my home was replaced, Leo came over and fixed the leak, then told me that it would last through the winter but the entire roof would need to be replaced within two years. I moved forward and replaced the entire roof later that month. Honesty, hard work and integrity, you have my business! Thank you Leo. Thank you Roof Pros. I will recommend your business without hesitation.

It's been nearly a year since Pro Roofing did work on our house, and I'm still mad about how bad…read morethe experience was. Work on our house started months late with no communication. We would call to find out if guys were coming as scheduled, only for Ed Hill, the owner, to reschedule again last minute. We had our house resided with new gutters; a porch enclosed; concrete repairs done on the garage; and a new sidewalk and stoop put in. The only decent work was the siding, and that was because the company Ed contracted with was great. Everything else was done badly, with weeks of interruption, no communication, and no concern that major mistakes were being made. For the enclosed porch we had asked for a picture window to match the window on the other side of the house. When it came time to put in the window, Ed had never ordered it, so we had to either put in two ordinary windows or wait weeks. This dramatically changed the visual effect of the new addition, and Ed Hill did not care. The concrete work was done so badly we are going to have to replace it. We had a new sidewalk and stoop put in, and Ed did not follow the design we gave him resulting in an ugly and less useful sidewalk and stoop. We will have to have the concrete broken up and repoured costing thousands. Ed Hill was indifferent and negligent throughout the whole experience. The concrete repair on the garage was also done improperly, and there is a gap between the sill plate and the concrete slab. When we complained, Ed said it would be fixed. It never was. The gutters were poorly placed and look bad, though they have been fuctional. We had similar gutters before this project, so we know how they should look. Throughout the whole process Ed would not answer his phone, did not correct mistakes, and the only time we saw him was when he showed up to get more money. He wanted us to pay ahead of time for the final parts of the project, despite the fact that he was not answering our calls, work was running behind, and work was being done wrong. We finally ended up getting a different contractor to finish the interior project (floors, drywall, and paint). Because we had to switch to a new contractor, we ended up overpaying Ed Hill by several hundred dollars, but we were willing to do that to never have to deal with him and his shoddy work ever again. This whole process lasted months, not because it was a big job, but because workers would disappear for weeks, with no updates from Ed. Do yourself a favor, and hire anyone other than Ed Hill and Pro Roofing.

This company did not complete the original work that they were hired for. and have not completed the job as they were paid to do. The last contact we have had with Ed Hill was on 7/23/20 when he picked up the remainder of the payment; promising us he would be in touch to finish the job. Throughout the job Ed kept telling us '"part will be here next week" and at final payment pickup; we in good faith we provided him with final payment only to have him tell us that we owe more then the proposal bid despite him not finishing the work. We also paid him for installation of insulation in the attic which he has not reflected on receipt of payment. We have made numerous phone calls, text messages; as well as emailed. Our insurance company Allstate has also emailed this company and have not received a response. We are in need to of a receipt for insurance purposes.
