Even though the number of employees greatly outnumbered the customers, nobody seemed very interested in helping me locate my item. First, they told me that they were in the building so I went and searched through the buildings didn't find them. I went back to check in and was told: they're here somewhere, you just have to look around. Keep in mind this is a huge place. I walked around the outdoor garden center multiple times looking at every tag of every fern and not finding what they said they had in stock. I had to seek out help from multiple workers. Most gave vague answers and were disinterested. There was one attentive employee, she said it was her first day so even though she was willing to help, she didn't know about the inventory and where items were. So frustrating! I'm here. I'm ready to purchase, but nobody can point me to the item that they said they had in stock that I would like to purchase. I probably won't come back. What a time dump. I still don't even know if they actually have my item in stock. The staff seems very confused about their inventory and not super eager to help customers.

I had a job interview for an office position 10 days ago. Somewhere there was a communication…read moreerror.. I had written down "Friday 8/21 - 10:00 am, Interview Dave Carter & Assoc.", Upon arriving, the interviewer was in a meeting so I waited. When interviewed I noticed the top of my resume in her hand said "Thurs. 10:00". There was a brief discussion about "feeling like Monday" as it had been a busy week for both of us, Ultimately no conversation regarding which of us had the incorrect date. It was assumed I arrived the wrong date. The interview 10 min. was a complete waste of time, even though I was completely qualified for the position, as well as qualified to cross train for any position they would need. To date I've not heard a word, not even a thanks for coming in... An email to the candidates not selected for the position would take 5 minutes and would at least acknowledge the fact that we took our time to make an effort to show up..

I'm sad to report that Dave's excellent work, turned sour. He left work undone and took money from…read moreme, plus cost me money to complete the mess he left. He ignored my phone calls to try and work out what ever created the problem. Here is what happened: Dave came to clear leaves from my yard. He was all done, except for collecting the leaves. He got the backyard in his truck bed and pulled around to the front, to get the rest. I cut my eye and had to get to the eye doctor right away. Dave had parked me in, so he had to move his truck. Before he moved the truck, he told me what I owed him. I paid him more than I owed him. He said he would leave the change in the grill. I would have gotten the change and paid himthe exact amount, if it weren't for my eye. He piled the leaves from the front yard up against the fence and driveway. Two estimates to remove the pile came to $30.00 each. I'm on a limited income and can't afford to pay for something twice, plus add in the change Dave kept. If I did something wrong, I don't know it. I gave him every chance to discuss it with me. I now think the worst of him. I give him zero stars and he had done such good work, up until he screwed me over. (I had to give him one star to post my review) ------------ Approximately 30 minutes after I posted the above review, Dave from Ground Zero sent me a message telling me I was unprofessional for posting. I wondered what scenario would play out: I would get my money and he'd remove the leaves. I'd get my money and be reimbursed for the leaves. I'd get stiffed for both. I know what is the Professional solution, I wonder if Dave knows. I couldn't be unprofessional for writing nothing but the facts. He claims I am, because he was out of state at a funeral. He was at this funeral for two weeks. He could have found time to answer my phone calls or make a 2 minute call himself. Better yet, he could have finished the job, got change at the corner bank and been done with it. But that didn't happen, so there is a problem. If he sees me as the villain, no amount of sense will change his mindset. I hope to God Dave understands the thruth. I don't like paying for something I don't get.
