Did you know that Teslas are notorious for alignment issues due to their heavier weight and construction? Well I learned this from Daniel after my rear tires were wearing unevenly. Daniel was able to fit me into that day's appointment schedule and had me on my way in less than a hour of waiting. I received a full report on how my alignment was before and after it was adjusted. Alignment is under warrantee for 90 days but Daniel told me about the 1 and 3 year add-on to that warrantee. At either $49 or $99, it was a no brainer. I had a wonderful experience at American Tire Depot. Their service was recommended so, I brought my car in for them to diagnosis my check emissions light. David was very honest with me, explaining that with emissions sensors it could be difficult to pinpoint the issue because my car may have multiple sensors. He stated, "he did not want to change one and it turns out to be another sensor", because of a scan reading that I had gotten a from a local auto parts store. It read it was the O2 sensor. They did a thorough diagnosis, found the correct sensor, and repaired it for a reasonable price. Their technicians and customer service is solid. read more
