If you message them through yelp, be aware that you may have to follow up, but it's only because they have so many messages that it's tough to manage. Feb 10th 2025 "First time buying rims in my life." Ordered Rims, Tires, Sensors,and hazard insurance package online. I requested them to be delivered in the shop versus my home. All were delivered within a couple of days. Ozzie (Tire Representive) gave me a call and notified me about my tires, ready for installation. He assured me that wheel balance were performed prior to installation. Reported and checked in the following day at the front counters and provided my order #. I was told to have a seat while my installation is being performed. Waited a good 30 mins and my car was delivered with the rims I ordered. I was impressed and surprised how painless the process is to get new rims. If I get another vehicle I will be definitely coming back to this shop. I can't emphasize how professional this establishment is. All staff I spoke to were nice and helpful. Big plus on their customer service. My experience went well. Nobody was here Monday morning. I just changed out my tire rods and I needed a wheel alignment done and this place was recommended to me. So I went in and got all four wheels aligned. They did a great job and got my Tacoma right. Drives straight and no problems yet! Pablo was the one helping me and told me that there were five cars ahead of me so I would have to pick up my car the next day. I work night shifts so I fell asleep during the day, but they managed to finish my truck's alignment. He knew how much I needed the car to go to work, so he called me a bunch of times to notify me that it was finished. Shoutout to Pablo for saving me from taking an über to work!
