I walked in with the appointment and walked out in one hour and 20 minutes. They installed four brand new Perelli's bounced them, and checked the alignment. We purchased 4 new tires at the Anaheim location less than 2 months ago. The package included Angels baseball tix and free oil changes. So far we tried to go to the Angels game. They made us jump through hoops to get the tickets. The tickets were supposed to be electronic and were not there the day of the game.... Two days ago we had a flat new tire, took it in and they found a nail in the side wall. Ordered the tire and replaced it today. My husband went in to drop it off and pick it up. He was charged 60+ for the new tire and was told that this included the new tire and that he had to buy additional warranty on the new tire. So what happened to the warranty we already purchased?. Customer service has been prompt and friendly. However, the tire "package" has not been fulfilled. Really, disappointed that we are out of pocket another $60, for a tire we just bought and was supposed to be under warranty. Baseball game was a wash, and I am willing to bet the oil changes will also be a bust. Needless to say, feeling very frustrated.... UPDATE: Ashley at their customer service worked very hard with my husband to get us those Angel's tickets. We went to the game last. Angels lost but that is not DT fault. At this point I believe the oil changes will occur when needed. However, no response to an email sent regarding why we would be charged for a new tire and additional warranty on a tire that was already under warranty. The tire was not the cost of a new tire but we were still charged $60 for the replacement and the additional warranty. Hopefully someone will reach out and help me understand that extra $ being spent. I still gave 4 stats because the customer service was helpful to some degree and the employees at this site have been very nice and helpful. read more

super easy to work with. very knowledgeable! I have big expensive aluminum racing wheels that are suuuper easy to scratch theyre kind of a headache the tires have to be revers mounted ect, they patched a hole from a nail rotated my tires and it took less than an hour. all my wheels were in the same blemish free fragile soft metal condition as when i brought it in! these guys are great if you have pain in the butt wheels that scuff easy... trust these guys they got you! read more

I must have hit a nail or something as my tire was completely flat. It was a Sunday as well which can mean several tire shops are closed. I stopped in here and there were pretty busy at around 2pm. Took a bit for someone to help me out but eventually I was helped. I only needed one tire so the price is so-so not so much discount. Though seems like if you want multiple tires, they have some deals going. Seemed like it was going to take awhile but was done in the time they promised which was around an hour. They do have a lobby area you can sit and wait in but there's also a mini plaza a short walk away with a grocery store and thrift shop which can pass the time. read more

Misleading Invoice & Poor Follow-Up - Disappointed I wanted to trust Discount Tire. I've used them in the past without issue and didn't know about their practices until now. Unfortunately, my recent visit changed that. I brought my 2019 Prius in on April 17, 2025, for an oil change and tire rotation. The invoice clearly shows that a tire rotation was performed. But less than 48 hours later, I received a low-pressure warning on the same front passenger tire that had been low previously--proving the rotation wasn't done. That made me question whether the Full Synthetic oil I paid for was even used. If something that basic was skipped but still indicated on the bill, how can I trust anything else was done? I called the next day to correct my name for tax purposes, and was emailed a clean invoice--still falsely listing the rotation. I sent a follow-up email for clarification and was completely ignored. Yet a day later, I received a cheery promotional email asking me to sign up for rewards. To be clear, Jeff at the front desk was professional and helpful--he's not the problem. But the lack of follow-through and accountability from the service team or management makes it hard to trust this location again. I'm a rideshare driver who was planning to come in monthly. Sadly, I'll be going elsewhere unless someone takes this seriously. read more

This place is the worst. Customer service is very uneven. In the morning when I brought my car in two people looked at it and made an appointment for me to come back three hours later. When I came back, this guy Alex told me they cannot fix it. I told him I came back because his people gave me an appointment to come back to have it fixed! He was determined that he's right and the other guys are wrong. He asked this other guy Mark to come in to tell me the same thing. The other two employees gave up and couldn't say anything. These two guys Mark and Alex are very abrasive. They don't treat customers right. I would not trust them to do any service on my car. Great Customer Service. Last week I drove in to get my tire checked that was almost flat. I recently purchased the car with 4 new tires so had no need to check for the lug key. Well I didn't have one. The service manager helped me look and then filled my tire up with air so I could get home and check there. 2 days later after having to go purchase a lug key, I went back on a busy Saturday morning. Will not be returning! I made an appointment for 1:30 pm because I had somewhere to be in the afternoon. I got there early to drop off my car and was advised that it would be ready in 1 hour and a half. I had not received a call, so I decided to go to follow up. Once I was helped I was told that the tires I was quoted were not the correct size and I would have to get different tires, I really needed the service so I agreed. I was told that the car would ready 30 minutes later. The car was indeed not ready in 30 minutes but rather another hour. The lack of attention and communication was extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this location, they do not respect appointments and waste your time. read more

I made an appointment for 10:00 am to get a flat tire fixed showed up early waited nothing done watching my car sit there while there was open stalls available plus made an appointment so I asked finally at 11:00 they take the car and start doing a total auto check when I was just there for a mail in my tire was never told or advised they would do this. they finish my car at 11:20 and made it seem like I was the complaining one. never again all men not the nicest group only one and he was new so I get that not broken and molded yet. Dropped my car off for an oil change and Tire rotation. When I dropped off my car, I had two wheel covers, one on each side of the car. When picking up my car, I noticed all wheel covers were missing. I asked what happened to my wheel covers and the manager asked the staff. All of the staff insisted I dropped the car off without wheel covers. I went back and forth with the manager and he eventually told me they never did the tire rotation. He also said he could review the camera but it would take two hours to get the film back. I agreed and asked him to call me once he reviewed the film. I am also confused how I was advised to replace my shocks and that my brakes are still ok. I'm not a mechanic but I'm pretty sure you can't look at shocks etc with tires on the car. Then when I left, out of nowhere one of my wheel covers reappeard on my left rear tire ‍ I asked again, where did this wheel cover come from when everyone insists I dropped off my car with zero covers. Very disappointed by my recent visit! This place has a SUPER LACK OF COMMUNICATION. 1. I wasn't informed when my car was ready. 2. The price I was told at drop off, differed from what was told at pick up. (No additional service provided) 3. My tires were not rotated and the air pressure was not checked. 4. I was given notes for fixes without any explanation or details for next steps. I came in for an oil change. I dropped my car off at about 12:20p. I was told that because of a long queue, the wait time would be approximately 2.5 hours, which was fine considering I was a walk in. At about 6p, which is their closing time, I called this location, because I had not been updated to the status of my car. I was first told they were closed, but when I told the person that answered, no one had told me if my car was ready, they finally told me I could come to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told a different price than what I signed off on. And then after swiping my card, I wasn't told anything about my car. I was looking across the desk and could see there were obviously written notes. I asked for the notes and they were not explained to me. I was told someone would call me in the morning. I never received that call! I also mark my tires, just to be sure they are rotated. They were not, which is apart of the service. How can I trust that a proper job was done when everything is pointing to that it wasn't. My advice, try a different location if you can. read more

First time I have been at Discount Tires. I've been at many different stores in the past. Some were kind of shady pushing "discounted" tires with long warranties that were actually more expensive because each warranty replacement cost money for exchange and install. I most recently was a regular customer at Costco and was going there for years and years. Well my co worker highly recommended this place and we have the same car. My girlfriend decided to get tires her a few months ago and loved them so I decided to give it a shot. I thought the sales rep was highly knowledgeable and patient with my many questions on quality and pricing. He got me the most savings he could. Also the service is much faster than Costco. Total of an hour and a half compared to 4+ at Costco. That's a big plus. I highly recommend going here. read more

I received all the discounts that were available. applied for there Discount Tire card through Synchrony Bank. You pay off your bill monthly this is what I chose. No huge amount of money on day of service. Pay monthly (I chose auto pay) pay the determined amount every month within the time frame, and no interest. Qualify of work was great! My van was leaking oil, so I brought it in. They said two gaskets needed to be replaced and quoted $1,700. Seemed expensive, but my wife had gotten excellent service there for years, so I went with it. They called at 5:20 on Saturday night for the first time to let me know it was ready and demanding I pick it up by 5:30 bc they were closing and didn't have space for it. We argued about how unreasonable that was, but they didn't budge. I had to move heaven and earth to come get it (5:45) and they were still there en masse. Drove by later in my wife's car and there were still people there at 6:15... ...but that's not the bad part. I'd never had so much as a bumpy shift, but now my transmission wouldn't shift out of first. I took it back the next day & they apologized and said they'd make it right. Later that same day they called and said it was fixed. The desk guy swore that the mechanic had driven it and said it was fixed. I didn't get more than a few blocks because it was NOT fixed. Took it back again, really pissed off. The desk guy insisted that I take the mechanic who had clearly lied about driving it around (either that or he lied that he thought it was fixed), so I did. He didn't say a word while I showed him it didn't shift properly (read: hardly at all, even when the engine was screaming from overdoing RPMs and when it finally did shift, it jerked like crazy - wouldn't go past second at all) and offered no apology. They took it back. Fast forward two days later, I call (they didn't call me) and they say it's ready - that they've driven it and it is fixed - but then immediately said it wasn't their fault to begin with.... It wasn't fixed - barely shifted, jerky, undriveable. read more
