Fast & friendly service and fair price when I brought my Tundra in today for having my 35" tires balanced.

Drove in to Long Beach from the Bay Area for my daughter's volleyball trip and well I had my car parked at the hotel overnight. I noticed I had a flat rear tire I searched for the closest shop in Arco was the one I chose. I pulled in. they didn't have to say a word. I got my left strut inner and outter tie rods done took them no more that 30 mins came right when they opened didn't charge me alot $120 I did have to buy the parts tho which wasn't much from O'Reilly auto parts. I always come here for when I need a new tire or have a nail/ get a flat their the best when it come to prices and fast patch up/changes. Even when I need air in it they are always so helpful, I recommend my love to come here when he had a nail in his tire. Website says accepts credit cards and yet on Sundays only cash. Hmmmmmm...what kind of business is this running to only accept cash only on Sunday's? It's called crooked as hell and won't report this as income on their end. How does it say accept credit cards on their site and yet when you go on Sunday's for service, they only accept cash. THAT to me is monkey business and shame on a business that states they accept cards and doesn't honor cards but cash only on Sunday's? What a shady business this is. Horrible customer service , I came to this place twice 1st time i ordered 2 tires and said they will order and to come back next day @10 I came and they told me it wasn't there. This time I ordered a new tire for my new Range Rover and they told me the same thing.. What a waist of time coming to this place I came twice and still no tire !!!!!! to take two motorcycle tires off they charged $30! includong a 30 min wait. took them 2 mins to take both tires off and told me the price after they took them off. I came here to replace a tire that had blown out. They are straight and to the point. Their prices are very fair and they do not try to up-sale their customers. They work quickly to have you back out on the road. They do not accept debit, but there is an ATM at the Shell gas station next door. I would definitely come here again for my car.
