They left several items, boxes, etc, due to a smaller sized truck they rented from u haul. I had explained to the owner Jack that I wanted my hanging clothes transported and they left all of our clothing. The only thing Jack offered to do was to have his sister prepare the clothing for transport! Never did he say I will pick it up and bring it to you, which was part of the original plan we had previously discussed. My husband had to then travel back to Victorville (over 80 miles going and coming) the next day to pick up the remaining items and rent a hitch (pay extra money) to get the remaining clothing etc. I do not think this is a reputable moving company, they do not seem very professional. One of the movers smoked and smelled of marijuana.

Once the guys began unloading the refrigerators they had to ask the owner how to use the equipment, I found that very odd and unprofessional. I had to have my husband and a friends husband help the guys so we weren't charged more. The job took a total of 22 minutes and when we went to pay, they charged a fuel charge of $25. I was a little irritated since this was never discussed when we made the appt. and I wasn't even asking them to drive my equipment anywhere, just to unload and move 20 feet into my store. I went off the Yelp reviews and really was disappointed in the service. Lesson learned to ask if there are any hidden fees I'll be surprised with when I go to pay, and to make sure they know how to use equipment they bring with them.

Anthony communicates well: through the Yelp app, via email and text. He showed up on time, prepared with all supplies needed, and the job was completed as promised. They were a wonderful team to work with and incredibly sweet, kind and caring with my mother. We had logistics issues that never bothered them, tried to get them lunch and time got tight, so they ended up having to take it on the road, but they always had a smile on their faces. Hands down I would recommend them to anyone who needs movers, hauling, or anything that falls under their scope of expertise. You won't be disappointed!
