I have been paying an inordinate amount of money from a company that clearly cares more about the dollar than their customers and the quality of work performed. 24 hours ago I was told my generator piping had to all be dug up and replaced. Thousand of dollars. I had paid 595 in March for a full maintenance only to find today that air filter and spark plug were not even changed out. I have paid for special plumbers to replace the regulator, new battery, new starter. I am almost at a point it would have paid for a new generator. Thousands of dollars. In less than 15 minutes Albert with Generator Super-center determined that although I had paid for a full system service the oil filter was absolutely filthy, spark plugs had not been replaced. The front of the generator panel had been broken and had to be modified to stay closed now. He had it up and running and checked everything else out in the process in less than 1/2 hour. From the first call with CiCi and her kindness really listening to my experience and needs and making me feel like a priority was such a breath of fresh air. She made me a priority and getting someone out here as quickly as possible. Albert came and he was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, patient with all of my questions. and caring. This was night and day from what I have become used to experiencing. I am a super fan and would strongly reference them for any generator repair.

When they came to deliver it, they told me I would have to…read morecall a plumber to disconnect the copper water line because they were not allowed to work on copper lines. I called Caraway and they were very familiar with this problem. Caraway was able to come out the next day. They not only disconnected the water line, but removed the old fridge and installed the new one. They had me up and running within an hour. Mr. Caraway and his son were so nice, calm and skillful. I heartily recommend them to all needing plumbing services.

They bill you so you don't have to pay right away; recently though I contacted them for looking at my gas water heater as pilot light would not stay on and they said I needed to order a part and then to call them once it came in ...but I was telling my electrician about my options for an electric heater and he says all I needed to do was clean out my water heater and it would be fixed. I was skeptical but after a week of realizing the part was not going to come in I hired him to clean it out and he was right! The water heater worked right away...so I don't know why they didn't suggest to clean it..either ignorance or something else?? Upset that I had to pay over 100 for service call...and nothing got fixed!
