He wasn't happy with how the gate looked against our side wall because the wall was old and a bit wavy, so he actually took his work back to the shop to adjust it to seamlessly hide the wall's imperfections. I lost one of the bolts that holds on my ski tower. I went thru the manufacture and they couldn't help me with the parts I needed.
