After showing me finished examples of the exact process I wanted, Ted gave me a great price for making such a small batch of parts. His OMAX machines gave me the best cut I have ever see from this process. Their stand out feature is a taper-less cut, meaning the "prototypes" I was hoping to leave with are now the clean and perfect final product! As a student, I also needed to document the process. Came out to fix it which was what they advertise in the 1 year warranty of the container. The shotty work performed could not be noticed until the lubricant that the tech used to help the ease of a "hard closing" door finally wore off in the California Heat. They literally tried to mask the problem. Then when confronted, gave 2 hours of notice, unbeknownst to anyone at our company, that they were going to arrive and fix the door yet again. When nobody was made available to help open the door for them so they could perform the repairs, they then gave a slew of excuses over the course of the next week via email, saying that it wasn't their fault, it was the fact that it was on uneven ground. Mind you the container is in a flat parking lot on the loading dock side of a commercial business. Truly disheartening to see a small business such as this treat our customers so poorly.

First was a broken weld on the leaf spring mount, 2nd time was 2 years later when they did a FULL suspension replacement at half the cost of what I was getting quotes for, and THEY came to ME!? Crazy! 3rd time I just needed help wiring some replacement taillights and he fixed it in minutes. Last time I had a broken retaining bolt for the right front leaf spring, so the axel was lose and would jackknife on itself if I backed up...he replaced it in less than an hour! He works a lot in remote areas (stranded RV's, broken trailers, etc) so he doesn't always have cell reception, but he always get back to you when he gets home!
