You have to wait hours in line for paperwork or come at a certain time, they will not help you outside of those made up hours even if the doors are open for business.There's no sense of urgency nor Customer Service. They also make you pay $85 for plates, no matter what even if you bring a trailer to pull it. If I could give 0 stars that's what this rating would be. Highly recommend not to buy anything from this place.

Fire on a whim just to call a day later to say he was joking. Just to learn from a provider third party that my services were terminated without a proper notice. He would make people wait for their hard earned checks hours and hours and ask if that person even deserved it. Besides constant yelling within few inches away from the face and slamming door in a face ... there were a few people that one could reason with... Don't wish upon anyone to go through this dubious management style again!

Paid off my loan via their dealer's online portal and gave me my equity on the spot in cash, at my own bank. (A cashier's check would also have been fine.) Ask for Ozzy Sanchez or his associate Kyle. Closer examination indicates a lot of rust repairs that are no longer hiding the rust, which has broken through the paint and indicate every panel on the car is rusty. Additionally, the clutch, brakes and carb need serious work to make the car safe and drivable. Very disappointed that these things were not properly disclosed to me, the customer. I would not recommend doing business here at all. The car was misrepresented. If I had known it was a "rust bucket" the bid would not have been made on BringaTrailer.com. Do not trust internet descriptions and photos that are deliberately failing to point out the real serious issues on a car. I see I am not the only person to have such experiences with this dealership.

They have several quality vehicles for sale and the prices are dirt cheap for the quality of work they put into their restorations. A friend of mine is getting a '63 Chevy Impala restored. For $2, you get to go into the restoration garage and see what they're doing, what they've done, and some of the vehicles they have for sale. The money goes to charity. I saw first hand the amount of care and detail they put into the restoration of this Chevy. This car will be better than when it first came off the line in Detroit. It's amazing the amount of detail they've put into just this one vehicle! As far as their friendly service, I asked about my late model Buick that was having paint issues, and I need a mirror. Although they don't do the small work like that, they were quick to give me phone numbers to reputable places that they deal with for paint questions and late model parts. Outstanding. If you're in the area, stop by, pay the money, bring a rag. You don't want to leave any drool on the cars. If they happen to be closed, there's a slot outside the door with current vehicles and prices that they have to offer.
