I have never dealt with a company that is so unprofessional in my life. I was selling my car for parts and waiting patiently for the $800 check in return for my vehicle and the title in hand. They had the audacity to ask me to leave my title and the keys in my car and they would put the check in my mailbox I said absolutely not I don't trust you but I needed the money desperately so I gave them a 2nd chance this company is absolute garbage I do NOT recommend!!!

Well, after driving 2 cars over an hour to make this sale, Mike from Echo Park had to look over the vehicle. He asked if it had been painted. I said yes, AND that I marked it on the site honestly/properly. It only gives the option of having 1 panel, 2 panels, or 3 or panels painted - that is it!!! So if I got the whole car painted, wouldn't I choose 3 panels or more?? In any case, based on that, Mike offered $3,500. Isn't that $4,600 off the mark of the original offer? How could they possibly think that there will not be any recourse? And this is only the beginning. I want everyone to know about this so they do not waste their time, money, gas, and patience.

After signing the contract on 11/14/19, They let us take the car home even though the financing hadn't went through yet. 4 days later they asked us to come back and sign a new contract because the bank changed the terms of the agreement. On 11/20, I put up a bad review on google. They actually got pissed and called my boyfriend to threaten him. They said that if I didn't take the bad review down and give them 5 stars, then they would take the car back. I swear that crap has to be illegal! It is now 11/21 and the financing still has not been approved yet. They are super shady and unorganized. And I didn't appreciate how long we had to wait. When you 1st walk through the door you have to wait a long time before someone even acknowledges you. I do not recommend this place and will NEVER purchase anything else from them. Also they never disclosed the body damage on the car. It had a big dent in the car plus scratches on the bumper. They claimed they knew nothing a out it and refused to fix it.

I can tell when he's serious or getting close to a purchase. He'll have an appointment. He has been loyal to CarMax since 2015. He loves that they do not hold you hostage while searching for financing. The space is lovely and open. There is water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and vending machine snacks. They also have a nice, clean bathroom. Frenchie came to grab us to keep us from waiting too long. A beautiful, older brown-skinned woman with a lot of patience and a good pair of walking shoes. She explained that she is retired and CarMax was effortless to her. We test drove three different cars; Honda Pilot, Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Infiniti QX60. My husband has to feel the car, literally there has to be a connection. I understand because a vehicle is a BIG purchase, so get what you want and be happy.
