Stopped into today, used to be a great place, efficient, pleasant and fairly quick. Not sure what happened today, cars backed up, taking one at a time, the vehicle before you had to exit the wash before they started the next car. The prewash took a lot longer than it should, but they did go over the entire outside and the tires and wheel wells. The help was pleasant enough, should not have take a half hour just to get into the wash, only three cars in front of us. As I said, it used to be a great place, not so much anymore. The price beats any of the other car washes by a mile, but service does suffer! My car was very clean though, so there is something to be said for that! read more

Used to a good car wash. But recently changed owners and it went down hill fast. They do not seem to be maintaining it. My car has more spots on it after a wash than before. The machine doesn't rinse the passenger side at all and you get dried soap residue. Add to that, they raised the prices. So I started washing my car at home. This is a tale of three impressions and proof that 1st impressions aren't always the most important! 1st Impression- I blew into this massive facility on a Saturday afternoon because my car was filthy. I expected to be looking at some kind of good-better-best menu of choices but that was not the case. I was presented with a confusing array of almost ala carte choices that were difficult to figure out. All I wanted is my car super cleaned both inside and out! With lots of questions I finally settled on some choices that were going to cost me about $55 and I was fine with that. The next problem was they were so busy they couldn't do it immediately and offered me a noon appointment the next day. Arrrrgh! I agreed and drove away with a 1st impression of mediocre. 2nd Impression- The next day I show up about twenty minutes early and was pleasantly told that was no problem. I was asked for my keys and was told it would be about ninety minutes. I was welcome to wait in the huge waiting area. I declined and headed to one of the numerous restaurants within walking distance. So my 2nd impression was solid. 3rd Impression- I returned in about an hour and hung out in the nicely appointed waiting area with much appreciated AC and Wi-Fi. I could see my car being detailed on a closed-circuit camera and that was cool. As promised, it was ready in ninety minutes at the agreed price. You should have seen me smile! The windows sparkled inside and out. The interior was immaculate. The exterior was spotless. You would have thought my car was just driven off the showroom floor! So my 3rd impression was wow! They put the wrong oil into your car without a care in the world and will up charge to make you think you got the oil you PAID for. Unbelievable Bad, NO management overseeing the quality of either wash or wax. I paid top dollar for a wash and wax and got nothing for my money. Terrible from start to finish. 1. Person assisting in helping with selection just happened to be out from behind the counter at that moment. NO one was assigned to assist in selection. 2. Pre-wash was so poorly done, completely careless attitude. 3. After washing, I had no idea where to go. None. NO one to assist. I had to get out of the car and ask. The car behind me almost hit me. 4. After finding where to go, I entered the building and found personnel chatting, caring less about doing their job. 5. Found out that they had only a regional manager that was rarely there. 6. Wax, really, where? Try and find it. 7. NO vacuum of the car. 8. Only Armor All was on the tires, nowhere else. 9. I went to The Palms to have my car washed. Although I paid $20 to have my car washed by the automatic washer, it never happened. The washer ruined my wheel sleeve and I had to remove it manually with no help from the employees. I came the following day to talk to the manager and was told I would have to talk to the owner. I set up an appointment with the owner and he failed to keep the appointment. I took pictures and showed it to the manager and the owner called me and said he would not cover my damages. Thought about taking him to small claims court but it probably would have cost me more than the $450 for repairs. Absolutely would not recommend this business to anyone. New ownership has ruined what was a decent place to have your car washed and detailed. read more

In March 2023 I washed my new RAM truck using the tunnel wash. I've had a membership and had used wash several times. This time the tunnel didn't disengage the top bar and it crushed the chase bar on my truck. I estimate $500 damage, below insurance deductible. The kid "acting assistant manager" said the owner wasn't present but would call me. The low life, coward hasn't called me to this day. You take the liability of your vehicle into your hands if you use this business. It may be a matter of time until you have to fix your own damage. NOT so much as a call or a SORRY! This place is under new management. They now charge more than the 20 dollar ultimate wash to get it vacuumed and the rest. They also didnt have some of the wash functions working right. Stopped here after my car was plastered with love bugs near Labelle on hwy 29. The system they have here is great. There are two lines but they let folks through in an alternating pattern. First, a guy sprayed all my bug goop with something and a minute later vigorously scrubbed it all down. He did this again just before my car entered the wash. Your car in neutral, you are pulled through and there are so many lights it reminded me of a Disney ride. After it was done, all the bug goop on my windshield was gone. Not all of the love bug bits were removed from the front bumper, but they were easily wiped away later. I got the $15 wash with no add-ons and it was perfect. Since I know I'll be driving to Labelle and getting plastered many more times, I'm glad there is a place to get that stuff removed. read more

This is the absolute WORST car wash I have even been to. Don't waste your time or money here. You'd be better off paying a high school (or even elementary school) kid to do it. At least then your expectations won't be dashed. I won't even mention how the entire property is an absolute dump, how many of the trash cans are overflowing, or how many of the vacuums don't even work. Oh wait. I just did. I came in for a car wash and to have the car vacuumed and the windows cleaned. The exterior wash was adequate. I pull around and where typically at any other car wash there would be a foreman to look at my receipt and determine which wash I had purchased. At this place, I was left to figure it out on my own. I asked one of the guys working in one of the bays what I should do with my car and he said to just pull in to one of the bays, which I did. And I waited. And waited. And waited. All the while the guys working continued meticulously (read: slowly) detailing the cars in the other bays. I waited by my car because I wanted to make sure that no fragrance was used and also that no Armor-all was used on my dash. I waited about 10 minutes and then I shut my engine off. I waited a few minutes more and then moved my car out of the bay, went inside and requested a refund, which they cheerfully provided. In fairness, the outside wash was adequate. They did provide an attendant to interpret their not-very-user-friendly touchscreen menu where you pay for your wash. I am going to suggest that they ditch doing a full-service wash and just take appointments for detailing. The setup they have isn't conducive to what a normal car wash should offer. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED... I wanted my truck washed and vacuumed. When I drove up the huge signs are very confusing... A man walked up and asked if he could help. I told him I wanted a wash and vacuum. He told me the 18.00 dollar wash was what I wanted. He took my card and entered the 18.00 wash. I drove forward to start the wash. The same man started washing my windshield and going around my car to do the back window. Another man motioned for me to pull forward. I started going through the washer with only half my truck "debugged". I figured the washing would get the rest of it off. So when it was done washing I pulled around to get it vacuumed. I asked a different guy if it mattered where I pulled up. He looked at my receipt and said I didn't get a vacuum with what I purchased. I told him the man that took my card and entered it into the machine said that's what I would get. He took my receipt over to another guy and then he came over to me. I told him the same thing and he told me there was nothing he could do. I asked him to at least get the bugs off my windshield and he said if I wanted to pay more money he would clean my windshield and vacuum my truck. He explained the car wash did not grantee bug removal. I told him that if I just wanted a simple car wash I would have chosen the 5.00 car wash... not the 18.00 one. I will never go back and I really wish he would have just apologized for the mistake and made it right. I was tough that the customer is always right... They do a wonderful job of getting the bugs off of my white car. My white dog had shed all over the black interior. Seriously, it was a nasty mess. She was in the car with me over a 2 day drive. The car was so dirty, sandy, fairly and Road trip dirty. Y'all know what I mean....anyway they scraped, sucked and wiped the hair away and it was a difficult job. All shiny and clean! It cost me 60 dollars and looked and smelled great. They even removed some superficial scratches on my pain that had me bummed. Worst customer service. My vehicle looked like crap after they were done. Had to wait 30 minutes until they got to my vehicle to detail it, by that time the vehicle was dried and spotted. The employee that came to work on my vehicle was to busy talking to another person and not paying attention to his job. I was there for 1 hour. Called the manager to make a compliant he told me to get lost and hung up the phone. If I was the owner of this business I would clean house and hire people that care. I payed 12 dollars for the wash. The manager told me he did not care about my 12 dollars. Well its only 12 dollars but did he think about the 300 dollars plus that I spent there all year. I do have other vehicles that I have had washed there. This manager needs to leave. 12 dollars is not much but you still should get good customer service for your money. I have purchased more expensive wash services there before but this place is now dirt to me and over priced for some of their services. Sebring needs a MOTOR CITY CAR wash like they have in West Palm Beach....19 dollars gives you the works professional service and a smile on the employees face. 19 dollars includes Vacuum, Clean interior, Windows clean, Wheel shine, Chrome shined and Tire Shine even cleaning you wheel wells. They are making money hands over fist there. You don't have to do anything. This company needs to take lessons from them. Good service means a good tip and returning customers. If I could give a zero, I would. I understand COVID-19 has effected businesses throughout but it's just not good. The employees seem like they're just exhausted, I don't see any kind of leadership throughout. The guy in yellow who I used to always see - haven't seen him in a while, I don't know if that's a clue or not. There never seems to be any help inside the retail side. There is this Spanish looking female who has been there a while who seems to still have no clue on what's going on. It's not looking good.
