An attendant jumps in my car and drives me directly across Main Street to my little towns adult libation emporium. I'd tell you the name, but Yelp gets a little pissy about using other business names in a review. I meet up with friends there and quaff a beverage or two or three. 90 minutes later the owner of AAA showed up with my keys. My beautifully finished car is parked outside waiting for me! $40 + tip and my car was spotless inside and out! Note that the price depends on the size of the vehicle. I've been using them for years and couldn't be happier!

This is a brushless operation with high pressure only (Touchless) which lots of folks prefer. I tried the $9 (Works) wash and was very very pleased. There are also two, do-it-yourself bays. Every time I've been there, folks are happily doing their own thing! Of course, there are coin operated vacuums. I used to bring it somewhere to have it done but I find mobile detailers much more convenient. These guys responded to my online quote request within minutes. I was scheduled the next day with a thirty-minute arrival window and they arrived on time. They looked at my ride and said it would take about an hour. They proceeded to swarm my car with all kinds of pressure washers, vacuums, and potions. It did indeed take about an hour. You would swear my car came right out of the showroom! Maybe even better than that! The tab was $40, and I didn't even need to leave my condo. Sweet! You can bet I'll be reaching out to them again when I need an excellent detailing at a great price!

Just one of those you find in the shadower sides of town that isn't on a shadow side. Beware of the carwash. Majority of the time doesn't work. The times it does you be lucky to have your car come out cleaner let alone with out a new scratch.

A parking lot that should have been repaved twenty years ago. Two beat up buildings that need a lot of tender loving care. Or maybe they just need a bulldozer. Quirky Idea- So you can throw your dirty underwear in the washer and while it's spinning you can go wash your car. Maybe the owner thought this was going to be the next big thing. From what I can see, it's an embarrassing failure. Car Wash- Pump in a bunch of quarters and away you go. The stall was dirty and beat up. The water pressure was average. Ditto for the quality of the soap. I can say I removed the pollen from my car but that's about it. Meh! Laundry- I didn't bring any clothes with me thank God! I walked in the door of the laundry building, took one look, and walked right back out! Generally dirty and plenty of machines that had seen better days! The most depressing group of customers I have ever seen! I have never taken depression meds in my life but if I sat with these folks I'd need a double dose! There are plenty of car washes and laundromats within minutes of here. I say go anywhere but here.

I needed a new battery. Customer Service- I called these fine folks, and a very nice employee told me that the owner Matt would be there to help me within 15 minutes! That's right, the owner of a business that's been in operation since 1958 was coming to help! He showed up in less than 15 minutes, jumped my car within seconds, and explained where and how to park my car at his place. Very efficient staff checked me in and took my keys. Ambience- I plunked myself down in a comfortable chair and noticed the very nice couch and flat-screen tv. Within minutes Matt came out and quoted a fair price and said it would be done quickly. Rest Rooms- At one point I headed for the restrooms and laughed out loud and the sign on each door! See my picture. Now I know why the men's room was eat-off-the-floor spotless! I didn't check the lady's room as I didn't want to deal with the screaming that would ensue! Wait Time- In less than 45 minutes my name was called, and I was out the door. That is nothing less than spectacular! My tire pressure light had lit up recently and I noticed that they took care of it without asking. Nice! Conclusion- What I experienced was a Master Class in customer service and professionalism. Ten (10) Stars is not enough!

Walked in with one gentleman at the counter and 3 people behind the counter. Stood there for a couple minutes and the lady asked if I had an appointment, I said no I was hoping to make one and she turned away and went to her computer. I was taken back. Customer sneezed and everyone said bless you and I said "sorry, I don't have the credentials." (Got a laugh from everyone) Stood there another 5 minutes after the only other customer went to sit down. Then I went and sat down. More people came in and I started openly asking who their best competitor is as I've been here for 15 minutes and haven't been helped. Scared me that no one had any recommendations. Then lo and behold I was pointed at and called on. Felt like the price is right and ran to the counter. Asked them who their competitors were as I'm not sure I have confidence that this is the right place for me. They all looked and the lady looked at me and said I didn't know you needed to make an appointment and I said yeah. When you asked I said "no I don't have one but would like to make one" and you walked away. Great costumer service. She was apologetic. But the first impression and confirmation from what my buddy experienced was done. I chose a tire and set up an appointment for an alignment and rotate of tires. But I'm scared if their workmanship is twice as good as their front office staff I would be lucky to have 30% of the lug nuts even on the vehicle when I pick it up. What would you do? I really want to use a local small business. But wow, just wow. I expect this kind of treatment from Firestone or discount tire. Not a locally owned business. And people wonder why local businesses fail.

Arriving- They are just off US Route 27 Southbound, very near all the Avon Park fast food places. If it's busy, park over to the left of the building. Ambience- The business has posted great photos, so I won't reinvent the wheel. The waiting room is basic and clean and most importantly, the chairs are comfortable. Customer Service- Solid as a rock! I blame the owner for his excellent hiring skills! Towing- 24/7, 365 days a year! Even if you're an impaired driver on New Year's Eve, these are your guys! Check their map on Yelp for the area they cover. Services- If it grinds or squeals or thunks or just plain fails, these guys will figure it out. Of course, they do regular service every X thousand miles. You know the deal. Pricing & Value- I'm like most folks. If I get something done, I will mention the price to my friends and neighbors to compare. Every time I smile! Conclusion- In my opinion, your chances of having a fine experience here are very high.
