Marx was completely different, from start to finish everything was easy. Making appointment over the phone was quick and person I spoke to was helpful and informative. Front end staff was fast and pleasant at check-in. Exam process was thorough and moved at a pace that seemed quick without being rushed. Gal who went over my prescription and helped me pick my first pair of progressive lenses took the time to explain all the differences and helped me find frames that I didn't hate, which is sometimes a struggle for me. Time quoted for pick-up on completed glasses was accurate and pickup was fast and easy. I honestly have never had such a smooth process, they were certainly a bit more expensive than the providor VSP was pushing me towards but I feel like the difference in pricing was more than made up with the quality of the people and the finished product at the end.

Waiting room times have increased. Glasses; frames and lens, have always been expensive at Boozer Eyecare but seem even more so! Wait times to see a glasses technician can be long and waiting for eyewear may take several days. Boozer Eye Associates has the aggravating aspects as described above but the lack of respect for patients at the insurance and payment desks is the poorest aspect of the group for myself and other patients I've talked to. I will be using a different eyecare group in the future.

There is no new patient paperwork to complete which is a huge plus!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Wait time after check-in is minimal. Exam is thorough. Dr. Few explained his findings to me so that I understood what was going on with my eyes and then at checkout I was given an informational sheet to take home that contained this same information so I can reference it in the future. Very pleased with this first visit and I will be returning if the need arises.
