She stepped right in, booking my stay and giving me a quick tour. After I took a bath, yes, a bath, which is hard to find in hotels these days. I instantly went to sleep because the mattress was just right, not hard or soft, right in the middle. The next morning, I went down to the continental breakfast and enjoyed every delicious bite. It was a full breakfast with bacon, sausage, cheese, eggs, veggie egg, cereal, pancake, bagel, and oatmeal. My favorite was the gravy biscuit, and I love, love the assortment of desserts and juices. I went back upstairs and napped before leaving. I only had from 9 pm to 11 am stay here, but I enjoyed every second. It was enough stay to know I will be back very soon.

Management do better…read more I have never wrote a review so extensive in my entire existence. This location has potential however, this hotel is NOT worth the visit. The room was not clean. Start off with the bed. It was hard with the sheets and covers smelling like an old ass man. The initial towel count was one wash cloth and one bath towel. I went down to get more towels and it's time to replace them. The towels are not clean. Rebranding also requires improving business operations to accommodate the new brand. Corporate do your job and evaluate this property. To the brand and standard you are trying to implement. Furthermore, the overnight staff is not attentive. Attitude gotta go. You are in hospitality. In this case this hotel should consider an autonomous route if customer service satisfaction is a problem. I requested for different bedding and the text feature of accommodation doesn't work. The halls are smelly and disgusting. The entire hotel needs a deep clean. The breakfast is not like other properties I have been in. The lobby is spacious, and the color scheme is made up of maroon couches and green chairs, and the area flows into the breakfast area. The high tables are wooden with black and red leather chairs. The bedrooms are more of a suite. The living room and bedroom areas are divided. It's a full living area with a sectional, TV, desk, small refrigerator, and microwave. The rooms were clean and a good size. Loved that they had a refrigerator and microwave. I exercised both days I was there and was the only person in there, which was nice. I wish they would turn the machines to face the tv though. Almost all gyms have the machines facing the tv so you can watch it while exercising. The outdoor area and pool were nice. Apparently they have a free continental breakfast, but told us that was not available given the holiday, which was disappointing. The prices were decent. I would definitely return.
