Boneless wings were dry & extremely chewy. My bone in wings looked like they were swimming in a pool of curry... I expected napkins with my meal, I received moist towelettes... I was kind of shocked these actually passed as wings because there was in no way any bit of what I'd ingested could be considered chicken. I came here to order wings to go and I realized that they offer a combo. I thought it was a good deal since it comes with a little of everything! They had many different flavors of chicken wings! I didn't even know what to get, but opted for the barbeque wings. They do serve Chicken Tenders, Cheese Burgers, Philly Steak and Sandwiches. Had a nice lunch at America's Best, first time dining in. Place was rather clean when we arrived they had a worker cleaning the lobby area. One thing I didn't care to much for was I'm assuming they don't season the food while it's being prepped or cooked because they have seasoning on the counter. And they place your food in a to go box verses on a plate which is a great idea for those times you have leftovers you want to take with you. I had the 2pc Whiting with fries and it was delicious. I would love to say that they have the best wings in RVA, but - they don't. Service is ok, but slow. My friend and I went there to eat, and we waited nearly 40 mins for the food - even though they weren't all that busy, and when we got our wings, they were dry, lacking in flavor, and just not that good. I arrived at 1120 to find the restaraunt was still closed. I waited until noon, before calling the store and never reaching anyone. Drove across the street to get KFC for the party. It is now Monday, 3/30 and I have called the store to receive a refund. The owner argued with me for 10 minutes stating the food was ready at 1pm and no one came to get it. Stated he could not give me a refund because my food was prepared. After repeating the situation at least 5 times and demanding a refund at least 10 times, the owner still refused to give a full refund and instead offered for me to come get my wings now.
