I came here to order wings to go and I realized that they offer a combo. I thought it was a good deal since it comes with a little of everything! They had many different flavors of chicken wings! I didn't even know what to get, but opted for the barbeque wings. They do serve Chicken Tenders, Cheese Burgers, Philly Steak and Sandwiches. I ended up getting the combo of barbeque chicken with a side of fries and a drink. They took about 15 minutes until my food was ready. The chicken was good and I like how it came with celery. The fries were a bit on the drier side and definitely tasted like it was soaked in old oil. The food filled me up and the price was really inexpensive for what I got. Although I wouldn't say this is quality food, it's equivalent to fast food. read more

Once Again Lol This Was One Of My Favorite Spots. The Food Is Usually Good, And USUALLY I Don't Have A Problem, But The Customer Service Is Still Completely Trash. When Asking About The Food I Ordered, The Guy That Handed Me My Food (Which I Assume He Must Be Some What New Because I Never Seen Him Before) Continuously Rolled His Eyes Like I Was Trying To Get Something Extra Out Of Him When Im Just Trying To Get Everything That I Paid Money For. This place is awful to say the least. You walk in and you feel disgusting. The cleanliness of the store was horrible. There were boxes everywhere The people at the counter were quite, uninviting, and barley spoke English. After the 45 minute wait, I finally got my food. I got the boneless wing combo with fries and a drink. That being said, this is one of the worst wings I have ever consumed. The chicken was gray, the fries had no flavor. They overcook their fried foods, like the wings and fish. But the flavor is good. The fried okra is the only reason I go there. (That's not overcooked) You don't find that too often anywhere. Good customer service but they are understaffed. They also don't have real cocktail sauce..lol..last time he tried to give me yum yum sauce and I was like no! Cocktail sauce, he ended up giving me barbecue sauce for my shrimp.. smh...I don't think they have tartar sauce either. I just tried to place an order for a grilled shrimp wrap. Whoever answered the phone acted like he couldn't understand that all I wanted was the wrap. I wasn't rude or anything and he hung up on me!!! They NEVER have to worry about me patronizing this establishment!! read more

The employees are EXTREMELY rude. They act like they are gods gift and too good to even speak to anyone with respect. They sit around on their phones all day. I would recommend that people who read this NEVER cost this place!!! read more

Their food is awesome. Sometimes the service isn't all that great but the food definitely makes up for it. I always call my orders in. The whole box wings are my favorite especially when you add the buffalo hot sauce to them. My other favorite is the chicken and shrimp philly sub with everything.... I'm giving this place three stars - That's a combination of five stars for the wings and my buddy's sammich, and one star for the sides. I got the hot wings and yes, they were hot. Scalp-sweating hot. Honest to god don't put your fingers anywhere near your eyes hot. Awesome hot. My buddy's sammich was apparently one of the best things he ate that week. But the fries tasted like fish. And the fried pickles were a nasty, gloppy, oil-soaked mess. So - Go get the wings. Avoid the fries. read more

I come here pretty often because it's right around the corner from my home. I think the quality of the subs are great.. the wings are pretty good and I always request my fries to be crunchy. I enjoy the food overall but the workers can be a little funny about the sauces. If you get a 5 pc wing combo, 1 sauce.. 10 wings, also 1 sauce unless you pay for extra. Same goes for small and large salad.. 1 sauce but everything tastes pretty good so I return frequently. :) read more

I was looking for a last minute meal that could feed a family of 4 and stumbled across America's Best Wings. No lie these wings are pretty darn good. With 32 flavors, it was hard to narrow down, but I chose the old bay dry rub, classic mild buffalo and the honey BBQ. I ordered a total of 10 each. The buffalo and honey BBQ were a hit. For some reason, the old bay wasn't a crowd pleaser. In my opinion, it needed a little more old bay. I live close to Maryland so I'm quite familiar with old bay seasoning. I ordered a side of large fries and it stretched for my family of 4. I'm sure there are other amazing items on the menu but I mainly saw people walking out with wings. Had a nice lunch at America's Best, first time dining in. Place was rather clean when we arrived they had a worker cleaning the lobby area. One thing I didn't care to much for was I'm assuming they don't season the food while it's being prepped or cooked because they have seasoning on the counter. And they place your food in a to go box verses on a plate which is a great idea for those times you have leftovers you want to take with you. I had the 2pc Whiting with fries and it was delicious. So I definitely know where to go for my Whiting cravings. Yum! read more

This place has really been booming since it opened. The wings are good and the fish is alright but what prevents this place from receiving a five star review is that it isn't consistent with serving good food. I have been here about eight different times and it just depends on the day of the week as to how the food will come out. One day the wings are on point. The next day they are hard and taste old. I ordered chicken strips for my wife. She was intimidated by the size of each strip. Most strips are narrow but these strips look like they were individual chicken breast. Overall, the food is good; service is sufficient and the staff is professional. read more

Good fries! Wings were dry and chewy. Must be the chicken they use. Sent first batch back, skin was uncrisp, meat chewy. Second batch, skin was perfect but the meat was still dry and chewy. Coke products instead of Pepsi. Go to America's Best at Granite Hill. Store is cleaner, wings were perfectly cooked, fries were amazing and Pepsi products. read more

The wings were great but being a New Yorker, I expected more than 5 pieces of limp hot celery to accompany my 30 wings for over 30 dollars. And when I inquired about it all of sudden the gentleman didnt speak English however he didnt have a problem taking the order. Food is great service is not. I'd take great service over tolerable food than vice versa. Wingstop is so much better. read more

Not hardly, not even close, We got a take out order Friday, our first time from them. Boneless wings, fries, garlic bread, onion rings. After battling through 8 of the 20 worst, hardest stringiest wings I've seen in seventy years, I gave up. Atrociously overcooked. I have three dogs, one is a vacuum cleaner, he even had to chew for five minutes to get one down. Let's move on, Fries could have been good, except they weren't salted out of the fryer, soggy at best. Garlic bread, barely tasted any garlic, mostly the flavor was "burnt", all of it. The onion rings were "meh" I wouldn't go out of my way for them. All in all, major disappointment. No need to return read more

I would love to say that they have the best wings in RVA, but - they don't. Service is ok, but slow. My friend and I went there to eat, and we waited nearly 40 mins for the food - even though they weren't all that busy, and when we got our wings, they were dry, lacking in flavor, and just not that good. I was quite disappointed. In all fairness - I will give them a second chance and hopefully give them a better review in the near future, because it could have been the fault of one lazy employee or they could have had an issue, but it's not like they apologized - nor was I the only one. read more

I placed an order for 50 wings on Friday, 3/26 for a birthday party. Their website stated they opened at 11. I placed my order for pickup at 1130. I arrived at 1120 to find the restaraunt was still closed. I waited until noon, before calling the store and never reaching anyone. Drove across the street to get KFC for the party. It is now Monday, 3/30 and I have called the store to receive a refund. The owner argued with me for 10 minutes stating the food was ready at 1pm and no one came to get it. Stated he could not give me a refund because my food was prepared. After repeating the situation at least 5 times and demanding a refund at least 10 times, the owner still refused to give a full refund and instead offered for me to come get my wings now. Had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. Will never do business here again. I'd leave a zero star review if possible. read more

The wings were tasty! My bf & I got two separate orders and they mixed and matched our orders in the to-go plates so we were eating out of eachother containers but not the worst problem in the world, food was still good! The fried pickles were OK, not that great but not terrible. For what it matters though the wings were really good. read more

Horrible... the wings are as close to leather from the skin to the bone as you can get so I couldn't possibly finish them and the fries were mighty bland. Thank God for free refills on my drink for at lease some moisture in the meal. The hot sauce on the leathery chicken wings was good. read more

They are known for their waffles and they were hot and moist and not soggy. Now the service was slow. The wait staff actually forgot about 2 tables but the customers were understanding because they was so swamped with pick online orders. The wait staff was nice and friendly. They were actually training new staff on the grill and orders which was good to see how they remember orders. Pack your patience when you come. If you want a good waffle...this is the spot.

We are staying at a hotel across the way and had some sweatshirts and cozy clothes on and didn't get any weird looks. They treated us really well. They were attentive and didn't let us fall between the cracks even as they were closing. Service was a 11/10. The food was good. We got the seared Tuna app and the Thai shrimp. The tuna was good and cooked how I like it and the sauce was great. The Thai shrimp was cool, almost like a hot salad, the greens were very delicious. For our mains we got a Cesar salad and a salmon+ Asparagus salad. I got a side of Brussel sprouts and broccoli. The Cesar was nothing impressive but the salmon salad looked and tasted as if it was the middle of the day. Awesome quality on the salmon salad, the Cesar, was nothing spectacular but for last minute it was great. Would do it again. Holly and Quan ROCKED!!

No one even came over and refilled my ice tea...so yeah, this was a horrible experience. I'd stay as far away from this place as possible. If you're not going to acknowledge your patrons at the bar, then what's the point of even coming into the restaurant in the first place.
