Went to this Business for the first time Today. ordered 4 subs , one which was hot . on this sub no one asked me what condiments i wanted on this sub, so when it was prepared it was made mikes way. So i informed the grill worker , that was not what i wanted , i shared with him no one has asked what i wanted. He loudly, and scolding that no was supposed to ask me. Ask i stated in the beginning. this was my first visit to a Jersey Mikes and not really familiar with routine of ordering. But I am writing this review because the way the grill worker , scolded me and snapped at me was very degrading and belittling. It was rude, nasty , unprofessional and a terrible display of professionalism. the store was very busy at the time . So I was very Embarrassed the way he snapped at me .I would never have an employee treat a paying customer. that might not know the ropes of how the line work . The way and in the manner i was handled . I would not recommend any one go this bias sandwich shop. Pick somewhere else to enjoy a sub sandwich. I've never had an issue at any other Jersey mikes but this one I got Ecoli. I ordered a Turkey and provolone with lettuce onions and mayo. this was Friday 1/13/2023 after 2pm. today is Sunday 1/15/2023 and I'm still sick. clearly they are not handling the food properly and my husband is sick as well and he the Italian sandwich. Went in for some sandwiches and was quickly dismissed by staff member and diverted to another associate.. who was kind to take my orders since the other guy clearly didn't want to serve me!! All this happening while the district manager Alex was there!! He clearly knew what was happening and didn't care to even correct the situation as a team leader, great leadership from a district manager!! After refusing being served by Edwin, he then made it clear that, "I should not come back".. since I wanted the lady who originally help me from him, to finish my order!! Then proceeded to comment and throw his hands up in the air.. acting like I'm the problem now!! As he continued to address me, at this point I didn't want anything to do with this Associate! Especially after making a already sad experience even worst!! Alex the DM couldn't even care less what was happening and I had to ask him who was the manager to form a complaint, since he wasn't going to clearly get involved, he was avoiding me and had no eye contact because he knew profiling was going on and dismissed it! Great place to spend my money for homophobic people to treat you with a unwelcoming attitude and service. Even the nice young lady that helped me washed her hands of it .. because she couldn't say a thing because of the DM being there!! I'm sure it would have jeopardized her position. I'm a fan of Jersey Mike's. Fresh bread, sliced meat right before your eye's and you can't go wrong with dressing it Mike's Way. Ordered 2 1/2 subs. I got the #13 Italian and the wife gets the Club. It is absolutely unacceptable to have restrooms in the condition they are at a place where families bring kids! This is a disgrace and needs to be attended to asap! I can only imagine that corporate would not allow a location to fall to such utter lack of management and disarray as this location! Food was good but their rules on ordering something without bread are ridiculous. My wife and I tried to order a giant philly in a tub no bread abs we were told they could only do it as a regular. Tried to do a kids blt without bread because our daughter is a celiac and they said they can only do a regular without bread that the kids meal has to come with bread. Jersey Mike's is hands down my favorite place for subs. I love how they slice the meat fresh just like a deli would. Service at this location has always been great. It gets busy during lunch because of it's proximity to the government complex but I think the staff does a good job handling the rush. Great place. read more

Okay, when is comes to fast food chain subs, this is my favorite place. The club sub with turkey, ham and cheese is awesome. Don't forget to order it "Mike's way" which is lettuce, tomato, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, onion and bacon. They even serve up a pretty good philly cheese steak sub. First off, the three most unhappy girls happen to be working on the same night. One seemed "okay" but the other two clearly hate what they're doing.. No smile returned or pleasant greeting to be given.. there are birds more chipper than them! However the food came quick and fresh, I mean FRESH! My Italian had more than enough meat for a mini and my dad's philly was basically cut from the cow itself. Clean place, slow night, no deep complaints. I actually kind of miss Jersey Mike's now that I don't live anywhere near one. When you walk up to order, the meat is sliced for you individually. The quality of the meats and cheeses definitely seems better than Subway, though a bit more expensive. They may not have the same array of toppings that Subway has either, but I don't really feel like I'm missing anything. It has the feel of a more traditional kind of deli - lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, oil and vinegar, pickles... the basics. The hot subs are also pretty good, made on their grill rather than microwaved. The bread also seems more substantial than Subway's. read more
