Hi, This America's Best Wings, sold me another type of fish and claimed it was catfish. When you eat catfish, you know how it taste whether fried or grilled. I don't know why these restaurants want to get over on people with doing this. If the prices went up then charge me extra don't just give me what you want me to have. $41.38 on something that was not what I ordered. This is my favorite wing chain In Maryland. This is my go to food, always get it when I watch big games in the NBA or NFL. Love every wing flavor they have, the 24k gold is my favorite. I don't know what happened to America's best wings, but I do know that I will never go back! I just spent almost $15 on some lemon pepper wings that were terrible! They had almost no seasoning on them and whatever that liquid they put on them was disgusting! It had a chemical taste that made me gag! I couldn't even eat 3 of them. The service here is TERRIBLE. Every single time I order, I have to call 3 or 4 times just to get someone on the phone. The guy who answers the phone is rude and disrespectful. After calling multiple times again tonight, he put me on hold for another 10 minutes as he took orders in the store. Once he got back on the phone with me he rudely and sarcastically said "So can I help you...". Not sorry for the wait, and not very happy to be at his job clearly. After taking me order all he said was 15 minutes and then hung up. This type of behavior happens on the regular in this place, and they need better staff asap. As their name suggests, the wings were pretty good, although by far not the best in the area. Prices were a little high for what you get and expect to wait 30-40 minutes even for the simplest order. The atmosphere of this place is very off-putting. Beside the slim menu, there are about twenty signs indicating that you may not return food and how much extra they charge for anything from drink refills to napkins and extra ranch. I ordered wings and a cold cut sub. The wings were OK, but nothing special. You would be better off going to any chain in the area and getting them for about 25% less. The cold cut sub was inedible. It had stale bread and meat that I can only assume they bought on clearance from the dollar store. The "Ham" was freezer burned and still had ice crystals and the turkey was rotten. I took two bites and threw the rest out. Had stomach issues all night long. I would recommend avoiding this place and would never go there myself. read more

I have been waiting for this place to come to east baltimore....it is fantastic I absolutely love the food I haven't had anything bad there. I love the subs fish and the wings are sooo good...they been open for two or three weeks now and I have been there everyday. Thecustomer service is aso very friendly and they are eager to help you and wants you to leave full and satisfie all around I would give this place a 10 it is excellent, speedy and very afforable.
