Although the lobby is quite small, they do pretty good with expediting people in-and-out. The staff there is always pretty nice and they get my order right the 1st time, every time! Service. America's Best Wings at this location is amazing. I witnessed firsthand on Superbowl Sunday (2/13/2022) how the manager juggled high demand orders that would have broken most places. He also checked on the staff to make sure they were okay while remaining calm, focused, and polite. Quality. The wings were excellent. So many good flavors. I highly recommend the Caribbean Citrus Hot, and their Hot Buffalo. Food was ready on time, and the man in charge personally checked every order. My only suggestion would be for them to get stickers/labels for the boxes so that I knew what each order contained. I got off work today and wanted a greasy meal! So I opted to get wings and a Philly cheesecake from this location. It seems to be a chain with subs, wings, burgers and fried seafood. The combo I got had a whole steak sub fully loaded, 5 buffalo wings, and a boat of fries for 12 bucks. I would say that's a pretty good deal! The cheesesteak was delicious. It was a good size and had a good balance of steak with lettuce tomatoes peppers and cheese on a basic roll. The wings were average as far as taste and a good size. They were actually decently hot for being buffalo wings The only part of this meal I wouldn't recommend was the fries. They were very bland and stale. This is a good spot to fill your craving for wings. I can't forget to mention there are more than one location which is a plus. Order (via DoorDash): Buffalo Traditional Bone In chicken wings. They were smothered in buffalo sauce and yummy in flavor. They were fried crispy but they were cooked nicely to hit the chicken wings spot. I ordered the combo which came with fries and a drink. I like to order from a place at least 5 times before I can give a fair review. I'm a bit of a wing-a-holic, so naturally I HAD to try "America's Best Wings". Off the bat, they set your expectations high for good wings. I ordered them by delivery, which on average takes about an hour to get to me. I tried the following flavors: -Hot Lemon Pepper: rating 4/5. These are VERY hot! Burns your lips but if you like hot wings these are very nice. The only thing I would change about them is to do them a little less crispy. They were extra extra crispy, but I just wanted extra crispy. They were somewhat dry but the sauce was so good that it made up for the dryness. All in all, a tasty flavor to try. -Medium (Buffalo): rating 5/5. These were terrific medium wings. I ordered extra crispy and they came perfectly extra crispy, with a medium sauce that was just not too hot, just right. Beautiful wings. -Mild (Buffalo): rating 4/5. Good wings, but they were hardly any different than the medium wings. I think they could use a little less kick to them but they were still good wings, cooked perfectly. -Lemon Pepper: rating 3/5. The lemon pepper wings were sort of a disappointment, only due to the poor quality of the rub they put on them. The wings were nicely cooked and crispy, and I should note that all the wings are big and meaty. I would like to see them use fresh lemon juice and cracked black pepper with just a bit of extra lemon pepper, instead of a hefty rub of processed lemon pepper. Not too bad though! -Garlic Parmesan (w/ mild buffalo sauce): rating 5/5 Man I love me some good garlic parm wings, and they hit the nail on the head with this flavor. Good chunks of garlic, a nice grated parm finish on top of a crispy wing covered in mild sauce. What could go wrong? They cooked it perfectly crispy, the wing was juicy in the middle, and I just dove right in. Great wings to try. Final Wings Rating (FWR): 5+3+4+5+4= 21/25= 84% So, my final rating of America's Best Wings, based on a rating of 5 individual wing flavors/delivery experience is 8.4/10. I'll round down to 4/5 stars. The wings are delicious! They came quickly, they were cooked very well, and the wings are nice and big. Although the restaurant has a $25 delivery minimum, I still think you get good wings for the price you are paying. While I DEFINITELY doubt this place has the best wings in America, they're certainly some of the best I've tried in this area. read more

I first discovered this place by Reisterstown Road plaza and fell in love, then they opened a location in New Town, closer to where I live. I also like the grilled shrimp and grilled tilapia, Cajun style. I also always get fries and drench them in ketchup and hot sauce and a half and half on the side! Old Bay wings are my It generally takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes to get my food, which works out well because I can order my food, go to Giant to get items, and then by the time I am back, my order is ready. Please be aware that they recognize orders by the number on the receipt. Please keep that receipt with you when you pick up your food. I don't know why, but this is one of the few places that you can get Lake Trout in this area. My husband doesn't eat much any more, but he does like the fish from here, and their cole slaw and fried okra. I get it for him as a carryout order at least twice a week. The service is friendly and the food is reliable. Usually takes about 20 minutes for the food to be prepared, because they cook based on your order, which is good. I'm usually at this place about once a week. I'm a huge seafood lover so I usually get the seafood special which is 2 pieces of fish, 6 shrimp, side, and a drink. The lemon pepper/garlic pepper/ old bay flavored grilled fish are all off the chain. They have almost every flavor buffalo wings you could want. Caribbean Jerk and Honey Garlic flavored are the frontrunners. The Cheesesteak wraps are also good. Be careful here. You could easily spend over $15 with just a few items. I would strongly recommend calling your order in because on several occasions, I've spent at least 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting when doing a walk-in order. This hasn't happened often but they have slipped me some food that was possibly made earlier in the day so to be safe every time I order now I say fresh food:) read more
