I used this company twice..Once because I had way more "Stuff" than either of us could possibly imagine!! ...The first delivery was May 19th 2021 and the second delivery was May 28th 2021. This is my review and I hardly EVER write reviews but I absolutely had to write about these guys. Amazing..Fantastic..Hard working..Caring..Respectful..I could go on..... I moved from a small One Bedroom up 3 flights of awkward stairs, (washer & dryer up on the top floor) to a huge 3 bedroom Mountain Home 2hrs drive away all up winding tough roads. To these guys it was all about "Helping" in anyway they could, I am a Disabled 63 yr Old Artist and had so so many pieces of "Treasured" large awkward sized Art that they protected as if it were their own, they worked FAST and extremely carefully, very aware of paintwork within the houses and the actual Art work itself..NOTHING was too much trouble for these guys I just wish I had taken note of all of their names for a personal shout out.."Armando" was one name I do remember.. I contacted the owner to give these guys a raise..I like to think I gave them all a "Nice" tip..it was hot and sweaty work..they are a great team, you could tell these guys liked and respected each other by the laughter, singing and joking between them.. 9 months ago I had an unexpected move from a terrible relationship in Temecula back home to my support system in SD. My move was messy. I had the sheriff department come and, Americas finest moving company. Needless to say I was a wreck and embarrassed. These guys passed no judgment and were there to work! They moved me from a 3000 sq foot home with a huge staircase carrying king size bed, dresser's, TV's and all the things into a temporary storage unit. My time has come to now move into into my new apartment. Which is one the 2nd floor, having to use elevators, long hallways, and multiple turns. I was sure these guys were gonna be like "this lady again " not at all. They came, they worked hard, were polite, and even got me to laugh a couple time. These men made my transition into my new chapter in life a lot easier! If you're debating on spending the money on movers don't! Just hire them and move forward. My girlfriend called and texted the owner Robert weeks ago to schedule a move to our new house. He confirmed a 9am arrival via text message. The morning of, my girlfriend texted to confirm that they were still coming, and received no reply. We waited for over an hour beyond the 9am planned arrival time, while trying to text and call Robert. He never replied to any of our texts and he never picked up his phone, and had a full voicemail box. We had to scramble to find another company that would come on short notice since we need to be out of the apartment today. It is now 3pm and we have yet to hear from this terrible company. How inconsiderate and unreliable. I would give 0 stars if possible. read more

These guys were top-notch quality and service. Robert and his team of 3 (including himself) showed up exactly on time as promised. I only needed them for 1 hour to move a few things. We discussed the price over the phone and it was never discussed until the end when he charged exactly what he said he would. Furthermore, I had stated that I only needed 5 items moved, but that quickly mushroomed to 10. He moved them without any difficulty, no complaints, no additional charges, etc. His crew moved them quickly and with care. We weren't moving far but the crew treated it all the same. Moved quick and they were in and out in 45 minutes. Even broke down the bed and put it up. No complaints about where to move, how long to hold it, etc. Great service and great work. 5 stars for price. Called Robert on Thursday for a Saturday Jerome's pickup. Gave me a great quote. Cheaper than the other delivery companies I called. 1 star for punctuality and communication. Saturday came and nary a word from AFD. I had to initiate to make sure I was still getting my stuff. I was also told between 3pm-6pm. The guys showed up around 6:20pm... and because of other miscommunication, tried to charge me twice the price I was quoted. They showed me a scratch that I was already aware of, but later I found a crack on a piece of wood that was not there when I purchased the unit. That I'm 100% sure of because I asked the salesperson what the piece was for... Again, great price...would I use them again? Eh, maybe if I can't get a uhaul. read more

I had a very heavy slab desk made locally. It needed to be placed on the second floor. They were very careful and managed to get it upstairs with no damage at all. They even moved some other furniture for me so the desk could go where I wanted it. They were also on time and communicated well. Couldn't be happier with the service. Call the furniture store and told them the problem and they said Robert is known for not showing up due to taking on too many deliveries. This is one of two times where I have felt the service deserved a response. The team was professional, courteous, and very accommodating. My purchase was a 6ft. Buddha water fountain that weighed in the vicinity of 800-1000 lbs. it took (6) of his team members to maneuver this fountain into my backyard. It was unbelievable. They moved it and set it up safely. My wife is particular to how she wants things setup, and they accommodated her requests for adjustments. These guys are amazing!!! After living in our house for a little over 5 years we decided to move to another neighborhood about 15 minutes away. Just the thought of moving alone will give you a migraine. I decided this time around I was going to hire a moving company. I read the yelp reviews on America's Finest Delivery and decided to give them a call. Forgot to mention that I called on a Monday to move my 4 bedroom house that coming Friday. They were very professional and told me that was no problem. The movers would be at my place Friday at 8am. Friday comes I receive a phone call from one of the guys letting me know they are on their way to my house. Its 8am and here they are backing into my driveway, I'm thinking let the headache begin right; WRONG! The guys (Brian, Mondo and another I cant remember his name sorry) get out introduce themselves ask to see a layout of what all they will be moving. I give them a walk through and within minutes they are off to work. As soon as they started I immediately felt at ease, one guy was in the truck directing, sorting and placing the pieces while the other 2 were bringing him the merchandise. They were all very careful with all of my furniture and boxes. You can tell they genuinely cared about doing the move professionally and carefully. These 3 never stopped to take a break. I couldn't believe it but they had the truck loaded and unloaded at my new place all within 3 hours. I was floored. Before this move I have moved 6 other times and have always rented my own moving truck then hired some workers outside of the home depot. NEVER AGAIN, these guys are top notch. Their service is outstanding and their prices are the best in San Diego. Josh and Anthony to the rescue. Not a single moving truck to be found in the city? 12 hour window to move? These guys agreed to move us, same day. They showed up a little bit later than planned, but considering the late notice, we really didn't care. They more than made up for it. They were fast and knew what they were doing. Everett and victor were amazing today . They drove to two different locations to grab me and my family's belongings. They have helped me with moving,and with delivering heavy items off Offer Up and CL. Now I have a Yelp app I am finally able to write a review. Lol.. If you need to move or have anything removed from your house this is the place to call for on time, reliable, and affordable services. They show up early and don't waste anytime getting to business. They are clean respectful and professional young men. They went above and beyond to help me with my very difficult moves (I'm kind of a hoarder). They helped disassemble and reassemble my furniture without additional charges. Both of my apartments were upstairs downstairs but they got through it fast without any complaining or mentioning how hot it was outside in El Cajon mid Summer. I actually really admire these guys ambition as young business owners as well. When I first was referred to them they were 5 years younger with only 1 or 2 trucks and 3 or 4 workers. Now they have more trucks, and an office full of employees running smoothly. The owner Robert still comes out to work with his crew busting a sweat outside the office. To me that speaks in volumes to his character. It feels like family visiting when they come by too. They remember my sons and my name and compare my new places to my other apartments. His wife is very pleasant and professional over the phone and makes setting up an appointment very easy. They are very professional with very fast friendly efficient and excellent customer service. When they had not arrived by 5 pm I attempted to contact them with no success. Calls were unanswered and text messages ignored. Contacted Jerome's who stated the furniture was never picked up. Literally found out we had to move within seven days from San Diego to Los Angeles. All the national outfits wanted to come by and "survey" our apartment for the move. Referred to America's Finest Delivery by a friend and after a few questions about the size of my apartment and how many pieces of furniture we're going, they checked their availability and BAM!, had the date and time set. The movers were polite and professional. They handled our boxes and furniture with care and were quick but not hasty. All made it in good condition. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had placed an order with special instructions. The order I was given had completely ignored the instructions given. When I called to bring up the mistake (figuring it was just an oversight), the employee on the phone had admitted that they did in fact see the instructions but ignored them. She did not realize her slip up when she tried to make me pay for the re-order and was frazzled when I called her out on it. I was so fed up and did not want to pay and wait for my inconvenience, so I said "forget it" and hung up. This place is an unprofessional establishment. Robert was referred to us by a friend, so we thought we would give him a call. Robert & his crew (3 of them total) moved us on a Sunday. It took them all day, but they worked practically non-stop. They were very careful with our belongings. They seemed to be a little inexperienced with large refrigerators though. They had some trouble getting it through the door. Everything else went smoothly. The 2nd time I used this service was pitiful. Disappointing after how amazing the first time was. Instead of 3 people it was 2. They were different too, and they were nowhere near as motivated. They smashed a hole in my wall, and broke my drawers. They finished just on the dot of another hour. How convenient! I was working with them and it seemed the harder I worked to speed things up the slower they worked. A friend of mine also used their service one time and said it was too notch. Total life-saver!! I had arranged in advance for a company to move a loft bed from Mission Beach to Vista. The day of delivery the original company never answered, called, or showed up. I called a ton of places trying to arrange last minute delivery but no one could do it. THEN - Robert answered and said "yeah sure we can do that today" and I felt like I won the lottery!! There was no hassle, the whole phone conversation lasted about 5 minutes while we exchanged info and everything worked out excellent. The crew arrived about an hour earlier than estimated which was great, they disassembled a solid pine full-sized loft bed, and hauled it to Vista. Great crew, great service, for a great deal.
