We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. Jorge quoted me at $700 as well as one other contractor with the others absurdly overpriced, the next lowest one was $1500. All for basic carpeting. ChatGPT gave me a range of $500-$900 for the job in my area. Quality - looks great, watched some of the work and I could tell they were trying to do it right and not cut any corners. Service - great communication throughout the project and was not pushy on sales like some of the other companies. Really kind person and I wish most contractors were like him. This company was contracted to do our flooring installation when we booked through Home Depot. I…read morewas impressed by customer service right away in the beginning because they called to schedule our installation before our materials were even shipped out to us, and they thoroughly explained where/how we should store it prior to their arrival. They provided an arrival timeframe between 8-10am, and someone was at our door right at 7:59am! They only sent one guy to do the flooring installation in our master bathroom/toilet room, master closet, and guest bathroom, so he was here all day from 8-5pm, which is pretty tough for a pregnant lady like me that just wants to lay around or walk around as I please, not to mention keeping our two dogs contained in areas that wouldn't cross paths with the worker, which is pretty limited in our small house. On the plus side, since there was only one person working, it wasn't so crowded and less people walking in and out, and less COVID exposure. I'm not sure if they normally assign one person to this size of a job, or if it's a COVID related procedure. Not the friendliest guy, but I suppose we hired someone to do our floors, not to find a new friend. I just didn't really appreciate his tone towards me when I asked questions or his condescending responses. He seemed completely nice to my husband, but my husband is a friendlier guy. I hope I don't have to chalk it up to my gender but I guess there are still people like that in the world. On the plus side, this guy is a hard worker. He would point out things or explain things along the way while the project was in progress. We did not see him take one break at all in the 9 hours that he was here. I hope he ate a big breakfast before he arrived. Overall we were generally pleased with the end product. Hardly anything would've been an improvement though (who installs wall to wall carpet in a bathroom...?). I did notice several scuffs/scrapes along the bottom of our vanity cabinets. I know it's not possible for them to carry every customer's paint color to do touch ups, and sure we could easily touch it up ourselves later, but just seemed a little disappointing that they are so obvious. I didn't even bother bringing it up because of how he reacted to me throughout the day and I just wanted my house back. I also had to remind myself that you get what you pay for. Home Depot was the cheapest estimate by far, so I am sure that has to reflect somewhere in the companies they contract with. It was a way better job than we could've ever done by ourselves so I'm still glad that we hired someone to come out. Our floors are even, sturdy, and look great, so what else can I say?

To my surprise, the work was done within a day once the supplies were in. The employees are so pleasant and friendly answers every question and involves the owner to see the progress. EProxy was taken out in the same day and laminate floors were put in, to my surprise it only took a day to do this job. Very efficient and friendly the cost was reasonable as well.
