We found them online after having a HORRIBLE experience with another AC company that basically screwed us over. We were going on 2 weeks without AC and Casey was the BEST. I called on a Thursday, he came out the next morning 8am sharp. He was there right on time. He quoted us for the part. Said all he had to do was pick it up 20 min away and bring it back to install. The AC was fixed the same day. Casey was very professional, helpful, and knowledgable about his job. I would definitely recommend this company. We were able to get 4 quotes for the same type variable speed 16SEER unit, so we could compare. Their quotes were completely detailed, and included 2 free maintenance visits to make sure the unit was running properly. They were the first to wear booties while walking my inside my house of all 4 companies during the quote process and of course during the install. They were professional, courteous and thorough. First company to completely seal the inside of our unit. The staff took the extra effort to register my new unit with Bryant, and to my complete surprise, they sent required information to Jackson EMC so that I could get the rebate they were offering in 2017. Thomas and his crew did a first class job replacing my 25 year old HVAC system with a new Bryant system. they came in at 8:30 in the morning and were done by 2:30 cleaning up and testing the new units. The price was very reasonable and even got a discount for the offseason.
