If that's the case, you definitely want these guys on your side too. I had our entire HVAC (both heating and AC) replaced by Season's Comforts in 2021. They sent out a huge crew and did a great job. It has worked flawlessly for 4 years in the swampy Atlanta heat. This 4th of July weekend, I came home to an AC unit that wouldn't blow hot air. I called the main line and Andy came out Monday afternoon and got us back up and running inside of 5 minutes! (Spoiler alert: it was a blown capacitor - which is a pretty inexpensive part to replace). These guys are the best. When I replace the other HVAC unit in my house, it's going to be Season's Comfort doing the work.

Had a work-in visit today from Airmaster for a old old old unit that stopped working over the…read moreweekend. The horizontal unit is tucked away in a kneewall and is difficult to access the drain pan....which was the entirety of the problem. Clogged drainline which resulted in a float switch stopping the entire unit until emptied. The closed in area was no problem for the tech, Richard...who unclogged the line and then heaved himself into the knee wall between the rafters and horizontal furnace in order to clean the pan. Checking the pressure at the condensing unit, we had sufficient everything including temp testing the supply and return ducts....he wrapped it up in less than an hour and back to cooling off that portion of our home. It always an expense to call in for any maintenance and repair on any part of your home....but fair prices and good workers makes it worth the while for my continuing to call back AirMaster.

I saw the Heating & Cooling Logo on the Suwanee Creek truck. I walked back to his truck and asked if he could install an Ecobee thermostat that I just bought from Amazon. He said he had just installed the Nest thermostat at my neighbors house. So he agreed to come down and take a look. He came in and diagnosed the problem with my old thermostat, its 25 year old. I had purchaed the Ecobee and wanted that installed. However, when he installed it, it did not work, and he said it must be the wrong model to work with your furnace. To my suprise, Ray had a Honeywell Thermostat on his truck. He brought that one in and I watched as he removed the Ecobee and installed the Honeywell thermosat. Then the Honeywell did not power up . OH MY! My husband is disabled and has problems with short term memory. Ray was so patient with him, as my husband did not understand why the electric wires in the basement needed to be updated to work with the Honeywell thermostat, so he was giving me and Ray a really difficut time complaining, and started to panic about our two cats escaping when Ray went in and out the sliding glass door to our porch and down the steps to the basement. I am quite used to my husband's episodic panic behaviors due to Alzheimers. However, I am so grateful to Ray for continuing to work to install the thermostat while my husbands complaints and panic behavior escallated. Ray was really persistent to continue working. He was determined not to leave us with a non functional heating and cooling system, as he now had his scheuled next appontment waiting for his service call. I am so grateful for Ray's pateince - as he made many trips up and down the stairs to our basement to get this thermostat working. Thank you, Thank you Ray. The thermostat has been working several days now. All is well. I can see and read the thermostat dial, and can correctly adjust the heating and cooling system. God is sooo good.
