The owner, Anshul, designed and installed two wonderful signs for our new church. They are exceedingly visible during the day and at night, when lighted, just beautiful and very visible. Anshul helped us during quite a long process to find exactly what we wanted and needed and that complied with the very precise requirements of our city. The city commission that must approve all signs in the city was very complimentary of the signs for our church and made no changes! Quite unusual. Hired these guys to do a simple vinyl lettering install. Became a convoluted and timely mess of a job taking over a month to get completed. The first installer came with lettering for a particular tenant that did not match the latest mock-up and font was wrong on another tenant plate. Took them weeks to get back out with the right lettering. On the second installation, the installer wanted me to sign off on a wonky job. Letters stretched and not level with one another. Poor attention to detail & incredibly untimely. Sales rep was polite and spoke with the best intentions to fix the issues with the job but sadly his actions didn't match. Perhaps they were too busy. I didn't feel it was right to charge the full amount (especially the $300 install fee for what was maybe a cumulative hour on site and only because the installers messed up so many times) so I waited to pay the remaining 50% of the invoice until a resolution was met. No response and a couple months later I get an email requesting payment for the overdue invoice. I explained I wanted a concession and the office manager rudely expressed she believed it was a mistake on my end. Perhaps a communication error. A small job turned into a big problem and really left a bitter taste from this company overall. I would not recommend America's Instant Signs to anyone and will not be using their services ever again. read more

Avoid at all costs! Everything was great until install day. The installers removed old signs on the front and back of my business, put up one of the new signs and then disappeared with out telling me they where done for the day (turned out to be done for 3 days, no sign on busy street side). When they finally came back to finish they used the wrong paint and left a huge mess by not using drop cloths. Still wasn't right, so they came back to fix it, and didn't use the correct paint again! Twice! Then they proceeded to blame me for not providing the paint! They refused to make it right saying they did it twice (Incorrectly) and offered to take $100 off the remaining balance, laughable. I had to hire another fantastic company to fix America's instant signs work, it cost me an additional $900. Then the owner Ansul became very aggressive in trying to collect the balance. They would not accept the reduction because of their incompetence, threatening leans, harassing the property manager, and showing up with multiple people in a lame attempt to intimidate me. After a year of hell because of a bad decision to hire this company they capitulated. Avoid the trauma and more importantly, the cost of dealing with these scammers. read more
