Scott helped me and all I had to do was email my logo over and they did the rest. Within a few days they had the design in my hands and options. Once I selected the one I wanted, it was just a matter of about a week and a half, I had both our banners. I've seen banners made by others but the quality of ours is second to none. Our property manager at our business center referred us to OCC Signs as they usually produce the signage for businesses in the center. Scott initially told me he'd have our signs printed by the end of the week. Weeks passed. No response. I emailed Scott a multiple times and called the OCC Signs office to follow up after submitting our graphics for printing. Scott failed to respond. Unless the building went up in flames, I don't understand why this was handled so unprofessionally. We have advised the property manager to stop referring clients to this business. read more

The owner Scott Norton is a fast talking liar. I spent over $5,000 on signs and paint work, and nothing was as agreed. The work performed is very poor quality. They don't show up when they tell you and all he has for you are excuses. I could see the old signs behind the new signs and he told me "yes you can, but to fix that it's $2000 more". Now why in the world would a professional company not tell me ahead of time or suggest this prior to work being done.... Answer is....THEY ARE HACKS NOT PROFESSIONALS. What a waste of time! I normally hate writing bad reviews but I really hate having my time wasted! PRO'S -NONE! CON'S -didn't sound very professional on the phone -took forever to respond back to me via email -designs sent to me had no thought or effort put into it -way too expensive for what i was asking for In my opinion whenever you have a new and potential client you do your best to win them over. Well...not only did they give me a design 4 days later but it was something my 3 year old could put together. And what amazed me the most was what they were super expensive. If they only had showed some type of effort I would not have felt they wasted my time so thus the bad review. So I had a couple of designs and signs made by these guys and I will continue to give them my business, as long as their outstanding customer service remains intact. Being busy, I was not always able to go into the store to discuss what I needed done so most of the work they did for me was through e-mail. The gentleman I was working with, Scott, always gave me a straight forward and speedy answer, as well as his professional opinion on things I was unsure of. If I email OCC signs they will usually get back to me within a few hours, and if I gave them a logo beforehand, they will have a sample ready for me by then too. As far as experience with OCC signs, they never tried to push anything so that I will spend more, but rather gave me their opinion on what would be the best for the job.
